Title: Bitpay taking forever to be available Post by: Burtrapp on March 20, 2018, 08:52:19 PM I sent 0.068 to my bitpay wallet. It has 17 confirmations. It was 4 hours ago. It's not available to send or top off my bitpay card.
What can I do? Or is it just taking longer than usual. Can one of the smart guys help me or figure this out with me Please!! The best to do is to directly contact Bitpay, in the contact form make sure to include your transaction id in it for Bitpay to have a look into it. Normally they only require at least 6 confirmations to credit your money and they need the same number of confirmations to top up your wallet. I think only them can help you. Meanwhile you could also access your wallet by importing it to another wallet. I believe bitpay uses BIP39 so your seed should work with electrum.
