Bitpay taking forever to be available

I sent 0.068 to my bitpay wallet. It has 17 confirmations. It was 4 hours ago. It's not available to send or top off my bitpay card.

What can I do? Or is it just taking longer than usual.

Can one of the smart guys help me or figure this out with me

Please!!

The best to do is to directly contact Bitpay, in the contact form make sure to include your transaction id in it for Bitpay to have a look into it. Normally they only require at least 6 confirmations to credit your money and they need the same number of confirmations to top up your wallet. I think only them can help you.

Meanwhile you could also access your wallet by importing it to another wallet. I believe bitpay uses BIP39 so your seed should work with electrum.

This step should be done first before reaching out their support.If this method or advice doesn't work then that's the time we would reach out into their support related to the issue and as being said they do only need 6 confirmations to be credited and displayed but checking out it do already have 12 confirmations then it should really be there.They are really the ones who would able to solve out such problem.
