Have you guys hear about that Black Hat Technique? and does it really work? Will it really influence ICOs?

This might lead to the disqualification of ICOs with really good projects behind. As to the topic, I can say that google has really good analytics system, so the number of mistakes are minimized, so I think it will be helpful to avoid scams.
