But my proposals were ignored. What is the problem? The problem is that many bounty managers simply can not cope with their responsibilities. Except for some teams, I think you know them :) There are no complaints. But most look absolutely incompetent people in this field, or just lazy. I do not know how things are with Twitter, Facebook, but for blogs and videos they are clearly not prepared. We see how they approve sites with 0 visitors per month, we see cheating subscribers in YouTube, we see 100% plagiarism, but people still receive tokens. I think that this is unfair, because MANY people work honestly! I'm not offended. I just want honesty and competent people in bounty managers! Below I gave a few examples, so as not to be unfounded. We really need prompt actions when it comes to dealing with violators. Cheating is an attitude that should not be condoled. I believe this will teach other cheaters some lesson. I so much dread when someone is siphoning the benefits meant for sincere people from them. I have seen situations where someone used all the details meant for another person and what he did to claim the reward not belonging to him was to change the MEW address. I think everyone will need to work together with this body to support it.

I am not familiar with the Russian scene, but I promise you, the bounties of other languages are just as filled with scammers. Now you cannot blame bounty moderators entirely, the scammers are getting more and more clever each time. Every time one method is caught, another is found and sometimes with hundreds of bounty participants, it can be easy to miss out a few. Remember, manual approvals are done and people are bound to make mistakes!
But kudos for weeding out scammers. I wish there were a way to permanently mark or blacklist scammers so they never again plague these forums. My suggestions: I see BCT profiles in those lists. Bounty Managers should review the applicants reports very well i know its not easy to do but they need to do it very well cause many people are cheating and get paid.

Im sure in some short time bounty managers will need to approve their qualification before they are hired.
