The idea of sidechains and interpolation of different blockchains among one and another isn't new and there are lot of projects working on this concept for last couple of years let's say seriously. You are going to collect funds and then development will start how would you compete with those competitors which are more advanced in development being for long time in this filed ?

You are right that everybody develops their own blockchains. But people borrow the best ideas and concepts. Blockchain is the future no doubt about that but already today we can talk about standards being set for it.

I have read your project and read the comments of the people who care about the project. I find that I have the same thought as many people that comment on the project it is very interesting. But when the project is suitable and specific plan to promote the project ... Need to have a detailed plan in the project so that people do not have to think much thinking,  believe in the project. Complexities are bound to be there, otherwise Overledger would have already existed. In addition, the industry hasn’t developed yet, and many rules only being set. There are projects that make minor improvements of the Ethereum for themselves. So, we can't say that the difference between local blockchains will be too big.

Meanwhile, blockchain and cryptocurrencies don’t have the most positive reputation in the world!(

If we talk about the blockchain, then the current blockchain’ ecosystem is too fragmented and complicated. Variations of blockchain designs and their possible configurations impose difficulties to enterprises, software architectures and developers. Well, and today reputation is what it is, in my opinion, only because of particular unsuccessful or frankly fraudulent projects, that use crypt. This technology will also help to solve these problems.

Existing technical problems (e.g. keys management, message filtering and ordering), lack of interaction between financial flows and data, for example! All this also impose huge risks to business.

I’m impressed with the work developers are gonna get done. Is it that easy for them? I’ve never seen a project that would try to combine all the blockchains together. Basically only forks are used.

All complication can be fixed. They’ve got a great team for that. There are projects that make some local changes for  Ethereum, for example. So we cant say that the difference between blockchains is gonna be significant but yet they will have to do a lot of work.

Structure is similar to famous models like OSI and TCP/IP  and based on distribution into different directions..  Overledger allows developers to create multi goals apps - Mapps.

The based of it is DApps that launch one and the same business idea thru networks and blockchain protocols. Overledger has structure for transactions, exchange of messages, filters, arrangements and apps.

The main limitation is in the smart contracts technology and in their inability to operate outside of their very narrow scope. Even if you'll connect multiple blockchains in some kind of network this limitation will be still around. Such a technology may be useful in the future, when more important limitations would be resolved.

this is solving a great current existing problem of interoperability of different blockchain applications. Having a solution for this kind of problem can be really revolutionary and can bring great value to the blockchain technology itself leading to even more applications and businesses built on the blockchain. Personally, I really like the idea behind this project. On the other hand, I think that this project is not a project where investors can expect high returns within weeks or months. The challenges are high and developments for that takes time. With the team having great connections to governments and agencies as well as having already started to code (releases on Github).

Quant Network is facing a great currently existing problem.The project inspires great confidence and I would like to see it in the big market. It has a lot of chances to get on it, because it has a qualified team behind it, and the concept itself is good, as it is already at a fairly manageable and elaborate stage that the team often tries to demonstrate.

Besides the interviews with Brad Laurie the AMA's are probably the best start to research Quant.

It appears that after the announcement of Quant Network and AllianceBlock partnership, the price increase with 71% against ETH while the price rose by 69% against the BTC, which indicates that the news is very positive

So far, that is nothing more than loud statements. And QNT tokens are actively selling off, knocking the price down. When I see a couple of real companies working on this, here, then I will believe.

I'm in this space since 2013 but can't remember any project like this when it's about constant and flawless delivery. The saying "it looks to good to be true" is mostly true, but... high probability that it will turn out to be wrong in this case.

Quant doesn't need an own Blockchain. I believe I've read somewhere that they think about developing a Blockchain but not sure if that's true.
