This ICO is well crafted and designed properly,But still there are always chance of failing its Crowdfunding. Even the current market its on turmoil ICO market is still alive and newly launch ICO continues to multiply

I do not think so, there are some things that make me doubt.

1. Investment plan
The investment plan that offered is similar to the HYIP program.

2. Referral commission
They use a referral commission system with 3 level. Exactly the same as HYIP, giving the lure of the commission so that people look for a lot of referral because this referral later will become the source of funds to be paid to other members.

3. There is disguised domain data
If we check the domain BITPENTA at Whois.com : https://www.whois.com/whois/bitpenta.com then we will see a mismatch of data that is written on the website.

Usually HYIP business owners will use this kind of trick because a HYIPERS will also consider this matter before going into the HYIP business.

4. FAQ
If I see the FAQ on their website, what they write is also used by most HYIP sites and for me it is not unfamiliar.

I see a huge potential in the BITPENTA project. The crypto market is growing exponentially, attracting all sorts of investors. Some of them will try trading yet to realise it should be better delegated to professionals. The potential revenue in case of successful platform implementation is enormous allowing to evolve further.

Can you please clarify here. I checked your website and white paper and you promise that you will give 3 btc of profit if i invest 1 btc in BitPenta platform. So you can give monthly 300% profit. So why do you open a crowdsale just find 1 btc and it is going to be 2500 bitcoin in 6 months  :)

I am not a fan of trust based smart contract without even knowing the team behind the project, but since this is a small campaign i would like to know what they are trying to bring to the table and will it sustain for the long run. I have seen many sites which handed out hourly and monthly profits but they all did not last long as they always run away with the funds in the end. If the team is planning to have a successful project they need to be transparent with their identity .

Invest in the BITPENTA project is promising. If large investors come this is good. Small private investors are even better. They will complement each other and the token will be more stable.

Until they fix their issues with them investors and honor they commitment with the bounty participants nothing will change with Bitpenta, there no talks about the exchange listing since they are too busy changing their TOS

I guess its gameover now with bitpenta, Lets move on guys! Getting paid on our bounty work needs a miracle now.
We only lost 2 weeks of our time so its not the end of the world. There are more good projects out there that needs our attention.

What do you expect, its an outright scam from the very beginning. Whenever they post a disclaimer its a sign that its a bad news and people should stop joining such bounty program so they will not waste time and prevent the HYIP admin from using bitcointalk bounty hunters to market his scam project.

Their telegram channel is already abandon and become a spamming haven for people spamming their referral links.
I wonder what is the reason why tokensuite team didnt distribute the escrow tokens to all bounty participants so atleast people will get paid even the token is worthless.

Interesting that the "needmoney" account last logged in on April 20, right about the same time this showed to become scam. Not saying anything by this, maybe just a coincidence.

Nobody initially can know if the "project" turns out to be fraudulent, or not. I think that the team TokenSuite is not guilty in this situation. But I think that they should make a more rigorous selection of campaigns. If this does not happen, then their reputation will be spoiled.
