There is a hard limit of 60% of the block reward.

Here are some rough examples of block rewards;

25% Supply locked = 55% to masternode and 45% to miner
40% Supply locked = 40% to masternode and 60% to miner
55% Supply locked = 25% to masternode and 75% to miner

None of the pre-mine will be used to run masternode's and is locked in a multisig address. All expenditure will be documented and freely available for everyone to vote/suggest/discuss beforehand.

I'm sorry for lack of information. I'm talking about our wallet. I've encrypted wallet in "settings" tab. In "settings" tab I see 2 lines are "Encrypt wallet" and "Change passphrase" but I don't see the line "unlock wallet".

There is the official pool run by us devs (0% fee) - https://exvo.io and there was another but they were having some issues we were trying to help with over PM but never heard back so not sure.

Like the sound of this coin, started a rig up on the main pool, just passed block 250 so not to long for bigger rewards, looking forward to the future of this coin, and makes a change for the dev not to use premine opening and selling mn's straight away for quick profit, looks like he wants to stay with this coin instead of making a quick buck and dumping, definitely a coin to keep an eye on.

Thanks shroonzcoin! That's not what the premine is for, and also slightly corrupt in our eyes for people to do that. The premine will only be used to put EXVO first and into the hands of people that cannot mine (through bounties, airdrops, promotions) and the upkeep and development of it.

Like we said earlier, when we can post images and tidy the thread up we will be putting up a transparent public ledger for everyone to vote, comment and discuss on what it should be spent on  ;)

Definitely will keep eye on the upcoming updates to see the direction and potential in coming days or weeks. Even I have read the purpose why 5% premined were kept but still need to see their usage. It is very early to say anything as you also have to work to stabilize the hashrates and network safety to make sure a smooth launch.

Sorry guys just got an alert looks like there is an attack on the mining server at the moment. We are trying to mitigate at the moment!

I know who it was... it was Nicehash. It likes to attack servers and split blockchains so there's probably a hardfork

The official pool is down while we mitigate and migrate the server but the following pool is up while we work on it!

We are in the middle of setting up some extra nodes and will post them shortly. Also an update may be pushed to help with syncing for those having issues.

Update:

At roughly block ~620 our mining pool encountered a DDoS attack which resulted in network instability. As we took pool offline to migrate and mitigate users started having syncing issues which didn't resolve fast enough when we spun up the new server.
The official pool (https://exvo.io) is fully back online, synced and up to date on the latest wallet. You MUST update to the latest source/wallet otherwise you will have syncing issues.

We will be keeping an eye on everything very closley to make sure everything is running smoothly.

More details will be available soon as we prepare an alpha test but the following are some of the features.

Trading fee's deductible in EXVO
Marketplace listings payable in EXVO

Further down the track (Q4 most likely) trading will be done and verified on the EXVO chain itself providing a truly decentralised platform.

What makes me interesting in any project are the capabilities of the team behind any concept. Previous pages shows that there were some server issues which team has sorted out successfully and things are fully under their control this indicates people those working on this exchange know their work well. Outer atmosphere is highly feasible and supportive for exchanges.

The first Masternode has been activated on the network and is getting rewards, so miners will only currently be rewarded ~4EXVO per block instead of 9.5! Looks like another 2 are close to being setup also.

nVidia usually gives better hash rates, but you may be able to tweak your settings to get a reasonable hashrate?

EXVO is an interesting and promising coin that will have its own ecosystem that includes the exchange and the trading platform. I think this coin will have very good potential for growth in price since EXVO has real products to provide value.

1000 divided by what will probably end up being 500-1000 seems a bit small to get a feel for the coin, it will likely just end up a decorative piece of a wallet... but will participate anyway to indirectly follow the project.

Not just another Masternode coin this actually has a utility. Very interesting project will keep a close eye on it.

I'm having some serious problems with stratum difficulty in several pools with several miners. It grows so high that I cannot get shares and my hashrate start to descend.
I don't know if at any time diff could go down, because my cards reach a memory error eventually.

Really wonderful project! I'm starting to mine exvo. It's just the number I mined is so low, only 10 per day,  not worth it,  which means it's more worthwhile to buy exvo coin while use your rug to mine something else at least for now!

Airdrop 2 - 10,000 EXVO

This time the airdrop involves our newly launched exchange platform! For the next week (ending 4/21 00:00 UTC) - every 0.01BTC of trading volume you get on our exchange platform rewards you with 1 'share'. The more you trade the more 'shares' you get (e.g 0.04BTC = 4 'shares).
At the end of the airdrop the 10,000 EXVO will be divided amongst the amount of shares. So for example there is 10BTC trading volume total at the end of the week and you have traded 1.1BTC worth you would get;

Shares * ( 10000 / Total Shares)
110 * (10000 / 1000) = 1,100 EXVO

So the more you trade the more EXVO you will be rewarded with! If there is a coin that you would like to trade but we haven't listed - let us know and we will see what we can do!

Hi everyone, unfortunately it was made aware to me less than 24 hours ago that the logo that was used for EXVO was actually copy-written.
Originally I had help from outside people with smaller things so I could focus on more important issues to ensure a smooth launch.
Unfortunately I did not check their work and the logo was stolen from Google - yes my fault but I am trying to fix this. I have always been as transparent as possible which is what this update is for.
The original people are not longer with the project and do not have access to any funds, code, or anything to do with the exchange.

Our new logo has been made to symbolise the inter-connectivity of you the community with the project and the blockchain. Feedback and suggestions are always welcome!

Seems it is a scam exchange! You can't withdraw your BTC because status forever will "Submitted" and never "Done", so you will not see your coins in the blockchain. I sent BTC and it still can not be seen.

Why BTC withdraw take so long time(2-4 hours from Submitted to Done)? Periodically just Rejected..

Because they specially make 70 sat doge buying order, while market price is 50-55, and much people send a huge amount of doge to exvo and sell it at 70 sat, so when they want to withdraw coins from exvo they should to use BTC for withdrawal, doge sellers can't to use an alts for withdrawal because on the exvo an alts has a small volume and high price. Now money blocked on the exvo and the exvo don't want to withdraw people's BTC.

It seems that there has been increasing concern regarding BTC withdrawals/deposits. As stated before, the wallet is currently out of sync so the developer will be moving it to a dedicated server soon. This has happened multiple times over the past 24hrs.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience during this time. As we are a new exchange we expect to encounter a couple of mishaps here and there, but they will disappear as the bugs are worked out of everything.

What is happening? Last week I sold some EXVO to BTC and pulled back to my wallet. The transaction took place quite quickly and no problem.
The interface of EXVO is pretty nice and easy to understand for me.

Cant withdraw all coins to offsite wallet... especially btc. If you don't believe, sell your DOGE there right now.. you will have 100% profit. BUT THAT'S ONLY NUMBER on The exch. You will never be able to withdraw it...

Around 1 week ago, we (Xuez https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3378762 ) applied to be listed on EXVO without knowing that they had problem with their BTC exchange wallet. We applied as recommended by a members of the community, and the exchange seemed to checkout with good customer service.

I got this back from a former EXVO team manager when addressing concerns and requesting to cancel our application.

Use the privacy Registrar who required a current credit card for payment and who is licensed in US State of Arizona


Step 1:  File complaint with SEC for unlicensed securities exchange.
Step 2:  Write complaint to Arizona State AG Office
Step 3:  File small claims in your state and send legal notice to the domainsbyproxy address who in turn must forward to the owner of the site
Step 4:  File complaint to domainsbyproxy that you have been ripped off
Step 5:  the legal contract between site owner and domainsbyproxy will be broken and that company will erase their name from the still current registration of website and by default must replace it with the information they have on file
