I think at is the bottom now ready for fly but mat be it take some weeks but sooner or later Bitcoin will go need some good news too. so just hold and wait.

I think your statement is a little misleading. 6000$ - 6600$ cannot be referred as the bottom for Bitcoin. Even exactly one year ago the price was lesser than 6000$.
Coming back to your statement, the 6600-7000$ mark is the support price range for Bitcoin and it won't fall lower than this. The recovery has already started and you can see almost every coin recovering from today. Bitcoin's price itself has gone up by 3% (as of 4.20 am UTC).
So I would suggest you not to worry as the bad times are over. Get ready to make some profits again.

From where did you here that kind of news?and actually its not the price that counts,but if we study the history of bitcoin,its not new that the price is changeable. This will not happen . If bitcoin reach its bottom we should not discouraged we should start buying it because if the price rise we get profit .The price not remain same it may increase or decease, in the history of bitcoin development of price have grown and it is at high level . True eneffable events sometimes happens that when we're not aware, however real investor might not get affected by this changes.

Bitcoin will sure be get back on its current state this is just a game that traders are all in, it won't long that the value will go up and it will crashed again, this is the cycle that we  know that it will going to happen. It depends on what bottom you mean, for some people bottom is $6k and for others its $5k but I really cannot tell where the bitcoin price will fall to.

but now bitcoin price seems to be recovering. it is already around $7k on the market.

Indeed your entry point is your personal bottom. For me, even it goes lower than what many people think it might be, it gives me a better option to invest and look forward to gain much asbiy goes up. Last year it was low, but asbiy went high many are enjoying it. We know already that the price will go up and down. Accept it already and invest well for your good.

Yeah,maybe this is true happen in those  previous month that bitcoin will fall down as been stated those cryptocurrency expert that its will go down into the price $6,600-$6,000 because of so many happen into the world of cryptocurrency,but the situation is different now because i can see in the coinbase tracker that all coins is turn to green color now that means all coins in pump situation and the bitcoin itself will rise up to approxiametly $7K -750K in the blockchain market now,therefore those speculation of bitcoin will reach to the bottom would not happen.

I believe that bitcoin can reach it's highest value ever so keep holding our coins and patiently wait because it is sure to pump. i think you was right. Bitcoin hit the $6k price last week. maybe it was the most bottom point for this year.

I think the bottom has been reached we saw a lot of green yesterday, some red today, then it might start going up a bit more.

There will be fluctuation in the price but I am not expecting the price to crash like it did in the last 4 months. There are several reasons including growth in the overall maturity of the users. As you see in recent days, the market is going up. There are a lot of interesting companies on crypto-currencies and it turns out that they support the entire crypto-currency market and maybe we will not see such a mark of 6000 dollars so far.

I saw this post and I did not refrain from commenting, the analysts are usually very pessimistic in their analyzes, as if it was not enough yet we had many news channels publishing negative news and see that two weeks after you make this post the price has gone up and now all the analysts are making positive predictions and the news channels only publish positive news... this is looking like a sea where news channels and analysts follow the wave

Those who invested above $15 k will be holding for a longer period but the price is trading around $8 k now and it is not a big thing and a decent push could take to another all time high valuation and we have seen now in the past few days, i am waiting for the market performance this week and see how this push will take us.

Regardless of what happened to the price in the past weeks, there were still news articles about businesses developing blockchain applications and getting crypto patents. They don't seem to be too concerned about the price of Bitcoin, for better or worse.

It almost had dipped at around $6.5K USD during  the past several weeks and now the bear market seems to change it's coarse back to bull market where it is now happening in the crypto market. Current price is stable at $8K USD and most likely moving forward going to an up trend movement because more people were definitely investing due to the drastic increase in the past several days. With this, gaining good profit from their investment is feasible to happen.

I agree with this, people worry too much about the short term fluctuations in the price of bitcoin, they are so concentrated on that, they lose sight of the bigger picture and the bigger picture is that bitcoin is the most revolutionary invention in the past decade and is probably going to be one of the best invention of the century, hold your coins as if your life depends on it or you are going to regret it.

It's almost safe to say that we reached the bottom back in February already. If people add value to the long term bottom development, and they surely do, they have used the sub $7000 levels to buy up as many coins as possible. If we look at how severe the selling pressure has been throughout the last months, then I am sure that if the support and confidence in the $6000 bottom wasn't there, the market would have fallen below that crucial point already. The fact that it didn't happen while it wouldn't cost any effort for a large player to do it with an impulse dump, very likely triggering a lot stop loss orders causing a deeper decline, is for me reason enough to believe that we probably will never see anything below $6000 again.

if you to 100% sure that say, that means it is very much should add confidence in the future. now the main thing to wait for a more active movement bitcoin up. but it can only be in the revitalization market.

Bitcoin certainly reached the bottom of its bearish run at $6000+. It has been a long struggle for bitcoin before it recovered to $8000. If bitcoin still declined in that price, more people will surely buy at that chance.

I started joining cryptocurrency just early this year. And since then I've been monitoring the movement of bitcoin price from the day I joined the forum until now. I see that it's value doesn't go down further below 6K USD so I believe that this is already the bottom line. Better expect its upswing in the coming days.

Proof of huge amount of volume? I don't really see much of a volume increase to be honest. On top of that, network usage is still the same, which somewhat indicates that the market and everything around it isn't all that active yet. As long as things haven't actually changed, there basically isn't anything justifying being overly excited. I personally will start to get excited when we move over the $10,000 level, because that doesn't only trigger a more positive sentiment, but it also increases the space between the bottom and the levels we're at that point hovering around. Positive thing at least is that we haven't been dumped down yet, which for me is already an achievement on its own.

Yes we can consider the 6000$ level as the bottom for bitcoin, because we were even not expected bitcoin price to drop too much, but now we can see that bitcoin price is again recovering its position and we can hope that we will not see the previous dept again. Because bitcoin will continue increasing for a long time and will hopefully very soon reach to 20000$ and will even continue increasing from that level.

Hopefully we can see that again mate, and if I recall last year's bitcoin price awesome pasts on of my friend didn't grab the opportunity while bitcoin price is at profitable value. He wasn't able to dump at higher value thinking that btc price will continually rise over the period of time, but the expectations got failed. Its a worst case if we were able to see that dip to happen again, and I am no t prepared for that so in order to be strong enough we should control ourselves being affected by negative speculations. Upon reading the news about those predictions for bitcoin it seems that the people slowly started developing interests and I believed that when demands will become higher, that will be a good signs for the price to recover. That $20k isn't impossible to happen and it will even pump more than that if people will not be in panic of the possible bubble speculations that may spread throughout the FUD or fake news.   

Bitcoin going down to $6k does not mean it is the least it will fall to, and it falling in price is a good thing, so as to buy bitcoin and other coins in  a cheaper rate. In crypto currency, there is one thing that is for sure must happen, the rise and fall in price. Three weeks to the end of last year 2017, bitcoin got to its highest climax, which means that can still be archived this year. Every holders should hold and wait for the next ride to the moon. 8)

Well as long as your are in the negative side it will decrease but if you have faith in bitcoin for sure it will increase in just a matter of time. Even the experts in this world are just having prediction but it is still not happening right so wait for the rise up!

Well we don't really know where the bottom is. Fir this year it hasn't touched 6k but it went below 7k before makig a steady climb. A lot of people are feeling optimistic about it and money again are coming to the market. But who knows. There's the mtgox threat looming. It may affect the price come september.

Somehow, reaching its bottom is kinda not totally the case because the permanence of price is not really involved there. The room is widely open for a change and bitcoin is the best example of it. Nobody can say what will be the bottom price. Some people think that bitcoin will crash and nobody will use or invest in it in the future. I think $6000 was the bottom and now it is on the way up and will never low to that level again. Now investors are looking to higher price which will be more than 20k in this year. Investment is bitcoin is risky and everyone cannot afford this risk.

The prices have recovered after a long time and we have not seen such price dumps to bottom like $6000 or so but whatever the situation is btc will always recover from it and rise again to peak levels but you need to hodl it for long term if you want profits in future.

The bottom has been surpassed and that is true that OP said that it did fall to $6,000 and we did saw on how bitcoin got to that price. But luckily we are now in happy days as bitcoin started to show it's strength to get through the tanking days.

That is absolutely impossible to happen. Even though we say that most of people might pull back their investment in Bitcoin/cryptocurrency, we should accept the fact that some will still hold believing that it will recover.

Yes, it will reach to bottom but only at 6,000$ mark because the resistance below 5,000$ is real. Bitcoin had fallen 3 times for the past three months but  it only falls to 6,000$ mark and now, bitcoin is back again climbing up and strengthening its market cap and price at 9,000$ today.

That's right, for the price of six thousand there is support from which bitcoin pushed back and went upstairs.

I am pretty sure it will rise more and reach its peak at the end of the year. There is no doubt in that the price of bitcoin will increase in the upcoming months,but I still don't know what is the bottom level of bitcoin price.Because it is decentralized so the price will move according to its demand and until now that the price of bitcoin increased a lot when comparing in the long term so we can invest on bitcoin in to long term to get maximum reap.

It shouldn't dip below these levels since they represent bottom on top of another bottom. If it would get broken through then it will indicate that the demand as a whole has significantly decreased.

I am however glad that it's not like that and find it even more of a confidence boost that bottom formations didn't break throughout the last years. It's not for nothing that the correction stopped around the $6000 mark.

They observe the market, news, and trends which revolve around it and provide the speculations upon such. Though their primary job is to accurately predict its price, no one can really predict the future. Everything is doomed to have an end. All aspects in life and in society has their clock towards the end. Bitcoin, on the other hand, has its end too but the foundation it laid into adding revolutionary wireless transactions may be utilized by a different thing in the future (possibly bitcoin or a relevant competitor).

It could, I mean there is a possibility it will reach its very bottom by this month but most people now dont really care not unless if you just got in to the cryptoworld. Bitcoin can not reach at the bottom again as we know that the market demand if even comes at the lowest point will never fall the value at the bottom again. Yes I agree. I don't think bitcoin will drop and fall to the bottom, though we know how many times its market price or value fluctuations occurred nowadays. I always had that positive feeling and prediction that bitcoin can  win over this downtrend of price and can recover immediately in a month or two.

It's a more of who can manipulate the price by having many holdings, bitcoin reaching bottom.may not really be possible as it still keeps on recovering whenever it dumps for it is still considered as the main crypto that will give benefits to those who know how to wait.

Man, I am sure that Bitcoin already reached its bottom, and this stage is over. Now we are all waiting that it will be running ahead: the bull run is coming soon.

Do not consider this stable price fewer than 10k dollar serious because we have seen these fluctuations and this time follows by a period of decrease in demand which recovers after some time. Do not get panic and do not lose yourself this time.

It's impossible to time bull runs, but I think it's pretty safe to say that the far majority of the (realistic) people here have zero faith in a soon to be initiated bull run. It's just not the time for it. Don't forget the fact that the bull run we experienced last year wasn't just a regular bull run. It might take a few years before we get to experience a similar bull run in terms of its multiplier. The next bull run won't likely be enough to break the $20,000 level, and people for once need to stop focusing on that.

Discard that $20,000 peak and start creating your own charts where if we happen to reach $10,000 in the coming weeks or months, it will be our all time high, and one that likely isn't based on empty speculation, and thus way more sustainable. I get it that it is difficult to swallow for people having bought near peak levels, but the situation is what it is, everyone should deal with it.

It's been more than a week BTC prices only around $ 6000 which I'm sure is the bottom price. Yes, I'm sure there is no drop again for BTC prices and that is the lowest price for this month and next June will rise

Bitcoin will never reach that much bottom since the trend of it is stabilizing in the range of $7k for this year. Bitcoin is the king of all crypto and it will start its bullish drive from June and will never stop its high trend, most experts have predicted that Bitcoin price will reach $60k within this year end so no worries whether the price goes beyond the low level.

I think that it has already happened after all, it touched less than $6000 on February if i am not wrong ( i am not sure about the exact price ) but it happened, and i think that it wont happen again, at least, not for now.

I see in one article that bitcoin will down in 5k price before increase the price this coming quarter3 of this year. Even it's a prediction I think its alright because I believe that bitcoin will continuously rising.

If past markets events can teach us anything, bitcoin has a lot of time to stay low and at prices lower than this. All past bitcoin bear markets lasted for more than 1 year.

I think it will be very difficult because the demand for bitcoin which very much makes the price of bitcoin becomes very difficult to return to the base price again and it is very difficult to make the price of bitcoin collapse like a few years ago in 2013.

The lowest price that bitcoin dropped is under 6000 dollars or let's say 6000 dollars and I hope that is enough and the highest dumped for this year and not dump more the price anymore because that is not good. I disagree with this view. I don't think there is a bottom line for cryptocurrencies. Many people say that mining prices are the bottom line, but I don't believe it, because when bitcoin falls quickly, miners will choose to stop mining instead of buying bitcoins!

I don't see any concern from whales when prices go down? in my opinion, which makes the price stay in this position and not go deeper because the existing marketcap and the number of users in bitcoin are already worth this price? the demand is indeed worth the current price?

 Bitcoin is always maintain a same growth so many peoples are move to altcoins side. But recent dump totally change the peoples mindset so we should expect a good growth we must buy in this coin. Nowadays all the peoples are expecting a quick profit so Bitcoin is really helpful to every investors. But many peoples are think  it was a bottom stage it is really wrong assumption.

So far, 5,000$ is the only bottom value of bitcoin that is being recorded in the graph for this year. I really believe that the 5,000$ value will be the last lowest value bitcoin will ever have. It may go down but not as much as stated here because averagely if we look into the previous lowest values the value is improving successively. i think bitcoin is already on its bottom on 6k usd because as we see it is became stable on this level and it doesnt even go lower for a couple of months . instead we only see a fluctuations ( usually in an upward manner ) so i strongly suspect bitcoin could probably recover and will go out of this comfort zone . it can maybe happen  after we hit the month of october down to december .

What do you think a bottom is called? If bitcoin tend to reverse from here onward without going back below $6k in the long run, then $6k remains the bottom. Yes, from many days i am absorbing the price of Bitcoin even with much negative news the price of Bitcoin is not dropping below 6000$ but the price of Bitcoin it at 6400$ to 6700$. If the market starts recovering the price of Bitcoin will easily reach to 10000$.

I think it already hit that, from now on I do not think we will ever see under 5.8k, thats how much I trust bitcoin. We are not going to see anything under 5.8k and we will always go above that from now on, which is why I keep putting some buy orders at 5.8k and not move that much, if it hits that again I will have some more free bitcoin profits because I know it will go above that quickly.

Yes I agree that but coin has dropped down this year to the unexpected.value of $6000 but we should not forget the fact that bitcoin has gained stability and it has set a boundary that it will not fall behind the value of $5000 which we have witnessed multiple times during the worse crisis like the news claiming that bitcoin will be banned in Korea and India and all.

A lot of technical analysis experts say that bitcoin could quite easily go down to $5,700. It if goes down further it will fall through support and really drop! TA isn't always right though and a lot of experts say different things. Personally I think we've hit the bottom. Time will really tell though.

The lowest we have gotten this year was somewhere close to $5800, and no one can actually tell if this is the bottom yet or not, until maybe we have seen a huge reversal, a new ATH and then we can plainly say, we have reversed from here.

It is normal for a market to hit rock bottom where the support is extremely strong before reversing and we may or may not be there yet, as only time can really tell and nothing anyone can do than to just keep monitoring the trend and blending with it.

Therefore, it seems much more likely that the price dynamics will remain stable for the remainder of the year, with some eventual peaks up or down, although we should not rule out the possibility of a visit to the $5,000 mark before closing the year around $8,000. A price above this would be great for a year as bearish as this one.

   We can't think bitcoin's price will dwell at this price, still we have a remanining months of this year. We can't assure on when does the market start to pump up, just bare in our mind the positive thougths and being optimism for the desireable peak will appear by the meantime. Yeah you are right but some people want big bump in the price again like the previous one. Besides I think that the previous bump was not natural but was created and that is the main reason for collapse. When the price grows naturally and with investment cap it will never drop abruptly. This betrayed thousands of investors and now they are waiting for such bump again.

For the past 9 months, bitcoin has struggled to rise again to it's all time high and that made me think that it will not reach again this year. As to bitcoin's bottom price, i don't think that it will also go below 5,000$ mark too.

I think that bottom of Bitcoin will not go backward than 6k dollar value and similarly many speculators point towards this speculation. Now, current value tells us the exact value equal to 6384 US dollar which is still a low value but it does not mean that either it will go up in future or downward. Its volatile it can be up anything i don't think it go below more than $6,000 due to the supply and the demand. I don't consider bitcoin as dead because the price is still high as compare to 2010. True holder never quits.

I still do not believe myself that we have reached the bottom and there could still be some slight chance that we might see the market trying to go test the lower buttons eventually, but that is something I have always leave time and trend to decide and all we can do is wait to see how things will turn out.  We have seen the $5700 - $6k region hold up as a very strong support for a while, but until we are able to start a higher high and a higher low before we can really know if there is a chance to see the market switch to an uptrend. Whether it has reached the bottom or not, we will get to know with time.

How much bottom do you really want it to hit. It already hit $5.8k which was bottom, there is no further down than that. Tomorrow price could hit $6.2k or whatever even as low as $6k but in the end that is about it, nothing further will happen. Miners won't allow it, traders won't allow it, even whales won't allow it if its not cool for them. In the long run we are already at what we call "rock bottom" so we can't really go down.

However, the trouble is not going down, its going up. Even though we can't really go down, we are not going up neither, I don't know how much it will take for us to go up but the longer we stay here the firmer our foundation becomes. Staying at around these prices makes all the between prices strictly closed so when trying to go down it would make it harder for a whale to buy all of them. Hence we have a great foundation, we just need to build on top of it.

Sometimes it becomes very depressing watching the price of bitcoin coming down and down from the start of this year as it was in the $20k range in the start of January but after it the price started going down and down and even a few times it have shown a little bit of growth in price but over the long term it is going down and it is preforming in a way that it feels like it may reach $5k by this year's end as investors are shifting towards other investments like ethereum which is also down and is a very good investment.

This will not happen again in the life that it will come back to it's bottom level and some people will buy it. Market demand and situation is telling some thing different that it is time to boom and not go back to the pavilion. So think positive and buy at this price.
