This does seem a way for them to bring back the players that have long since left the site from all the comments about delayed payments and affiliation bonuses not being credited. :-\
I even received an email a month back from them saying I have left over credit in my account and to claim it.
But in doing so the withdrawal fee they were charging for the transaction fee would of eaten up that amount in there anyways. ::)

Crypto-Games.net (https://www.crypto-games.net) took preparations for fork back in July 2017 and started sending BCH/BCC to user's addresses shortly after fork in August. You're 8 months late.

Interesting observations so far instead of putting up in your ANN you made a new thread which are not in tandem with the rules.

Something told me somewhere it was not right, considering after so many months why would one need to do it and I got my answer, a new promotional gimmick to get users back, while if all get it without being eaten in the fees good but if not then it's bad.

Lastly as pointed to you that you're not the only casino do it, this thread is not correct, misleading information with hidden agendas it seems.

I'll let your past users decide what they think of your casino.

Expect negative impressions or comments since this thing should really be done earlier.Havent we remember on when the fork happened?  This is very too late which this thing could really act already as a gimmick to get users back but i dont see this would be effective.Users might get that BCH but wont tend to go back or play again on the site for sure depending on their own views/decision. Cryptogames did make such thing and thats how you do give those forked coins in earlier phase.

But people don't value Bitcoin Trash anyway.I don't know if this gimmick would work out especially when the BCH party's over.

They are certainly the last casino to do it if not the least.

CB: How about to try to bring your credibility back by withdrawing your crazy verification policies when high amount of withdrawals are requested ?

They are actually not supposed to give bch to the users. They aren't operating a wallet and so morally they are not mandated to return bch which you claim they have been "holding".

Rest, this post could have been inside of the main ANN thread and not another separate post was required.

This is partially correct, they are allowed to post features like this one.
I believe it is only up to casino to give or not to give forked coins, doing it later is marketing trick to get old players back, I don't understand why are you so surprised.
@cloudbet have you sent email notification about this to all your players?

But have you seen the accusation against them from players who have won and not received their payments yet?
There were quite a few of them last time I check their thread.
I think this is the main reason why they decided to start another thread and not just add it to their original ANN thread.
So it does not deter those customers in the new player category to not trust in their site in the first place. ::)

Great job paying everybody their own BCH when they were entitled to it to begin with.

I can't believe this is actually a marketing effort, the other casinos should be ashamed that they have withheld this.

Hi Lionidas, I did post in our original ANN thread, but also wanted to make the news as visible as possible for Cloudbet players on this forum, and anyone else who may be interested in what we've done.

I realise there have been issues raised during our absence from this forum - moving forward I am here to help with these queries and be an active member of the community.

Nice gesture by Cloudbet, but maybe too little too late? 
I use to vouch for this sportsbook and even had an account here.
Customer support gave up on replying to my emails one day so I just forgot about the account.

Maybe resolving the issues in the ann thread you have open in addressing each and every member here who has one then close that thread and start a new revision of a thread so you can have everyone who still uses your casino website's attention?
I think this would instill more confidence in the membership to your site from the customer who view your current thread.
Just my opinion on the situation cloudbet is currently having with their past and current customer base.

Thanks for this comment.. Seems op is very wrong because Crypto-games and Bitsler credited Bitcoin cash to it's players and in any way these two casino had to do it.

I bet you don't know what you say. At first in any way all casino/exchanger/wallet had to give BCH to it's users once they supported it. Then using it for marketing falsely yourself isn't correct action.

I really like the new Stars Wars look, and the Bitcoin Cash betting works really well.

The best time to hand out the Bcash to your users should of been back in November or so.

Right now BCH is trading at a low price of $675. It peaked last year at $4000 and spent most of its time around the $1500 range.

Do you have a terms and conditions where if the BCH isn't claimed, you will keep it for yourself and consider it as a donation?

I know we've had issues in the past and I'm not here to hide that, I'm just trying to make a positive difference moving forward.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this - obviously varying prices is part and parcel of the crypto industry. We’ve honoured the Bitcoin Cash fork because we believe it’s the right thing to do. We believe that it's only fair that we recognize funds that rightfully belong to our customers.

This is a great thing you are doing but... what about all the complains and scam accusations threads here in the forum of delayed payments and in some events delay was so long that cost people money and bets which they could not place because of such delay. I know I am going to far but airplane companies if they delay the flight they offer clients some sort of refund based on the trip they were taking. That is the number one reason, long delays in payments that many bitcoin players including me have totally abandoned Cloudbet. If you don't fix these issues first it is worthless if you give or not give BCH to people who had bitcoin in their account 8 months before.

I have seen the older posts about previous issues and have not brought these up so as not to spam the forum or comment on cases that have since been closed by our support team.
I have made it as clear as possible (both in this thread, and our ANN thread) that I am here to try and improve this moving forward, and I assure you that all comments like this are being passed on and I am working closely with our customer service team.

So that INSTANT WITHDRAWALS is active or not ? In case it is, consider you got a new customer right away :). It would be worthless to start playing at a sportbook as usually I only play sport betting and not having instant or very very very fast withdrawals at least.

I don't know of any sports book that provides instant withdrawals except for nitrogen and I don't really like sports betting at nitrogen.
I don't really se e much point point of instant withdrawals from sports books.

In terms of our withdrawal procedure, over 90% of withdrawals are processed instantaneously.  For larger withdrawals, we are required to run due diligence checks and, in some extreme cases, require proof of ID.
In these cases the process time is not in our hands as we have to wait for a player response before we can legally release funds.

I appreciate that a clear and definitive timeframe would be preferred and have fed this back to our customer support team.
Generally speaking, larger withdrawals are processed manually which is more time consuming, but the vast majority of withdrawals are instantaneous.

I placed a bet yesterday Arsenal Corner Matchbet and I won it, I only placed 0.002 and won 0.00214 so I withdraw 0.00414 today morning and this  withdrawal was processed instantly, great to know that. Now one last question and consider me a new customer, what is the minimum amount that requires manual checking so I never pass that and receive my withdrawal instantly ?

Each withdrawal request is judged on its own merits against several criteria which includes, but isn't limited to, the amount requested. So though I cannot, unfortunately, give you a guarantee that withdrawals below a certain level will always be processed instantly, you are very unlikely to see delays with similar requests.

I have passed on your feedback that a defined limit scale for withdrawals would be beneficial.
