Looks like a really interesting project with loads of potential. There are plenty of supply chain solutions being built on the blockchain but this one seems like it's already a working project expanding into blockchain, plus it fills a niche that's actually pretty big. Also it being australian and there being so much grain being grown there I see a big potential for this to work out.

I believe this is a project that will surely change and increase the production on the agricultural industry.
In the future it should be no more people that having a food issues due to the productivity on the agriculture is not enough for the people.

You see so many startups going for 100M, when they don't even need any physical world integrations. These guys here are actually solving the physical world problems.

Like it says in their whitepaper, so much food is wasted:

" Global   quantitative   food   losses   and   waste   per   year are roughly:•  30% for cereals•  40 to 50% for root crops, fruits and vegetables "

Just imagine if the project can save some of that wastage by better end to end managements of the supply chain. Everyone wins !

pre ico was successful, I think will gather at ICO

Collecting a lot of money never helps a project. If there's no real need and a project raises 100M, there's nothign they can do to be successful. It ends up being a get rich quick scheme for the founders and speculation game for traders.

The capital to be raised should be just sufficient to cover development expenses, partnerships, sponsorhips, onboarding client costs etc. It should be enough to give the core team, a few years of peace of mind so that they can actively and dedicatedly work on the idea and bring it to life.

From that perspective, BlockGrain seems to have targetted the right amount for ICO fund raising, and also seem to have a pretty active roadmap. If they can stick to the timeline, I'm happy to give them my money.

The project, which is really very interesting and has many advantages, I believe that all the goals and objectives will be achieved, of course, many interested people who believe in the company and its future will certainly help.

I remember i read somewhere that we as humans produce enough food to feed 7 planets and yet people go hungry on this one planet. Who would have thought that blockchain startups could contribute towards solving global hunger.

These days, hardly any ICOs have what it takes to give 100% confidence to investors like me.
They come up with the most random ideas and spend a few 100k dollars on marketing and building hype. Then they have token sales where pre-sale investors are given discounted rates. They end up dumping the coin as soon as there is an exchange listing.

In fact, I know of only one ICO in recent times that has not done this. Blockgrain.io team had the foresight and fairness to keep presale price equal to main sale price. This shows what intentions a team has. Less focussed on greed and more on onboarding the right people.

And then i found this article from project that revealed that Coinexmarket is scam https://medium.com/@vinchain/this-is-how-coinexmarket-does-their-business-8cd9dc57c95e and the fact that Coinexmarket is stealing money looks like they are scam. Also several users reported that they received logged in from different IP addresses on their accounts and lost their cryptocurrency on this exchange https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2804375.new#new . When scammed users tried to alert other users they get immediately banned in telegram. Stay away from coinexmarket exchange! It's 100% scam.
