Title: Can anyone suggest some altcoins to buy?
Post by: yumiya on April 12, 2018, 09:59:52 PM
There are lots of altcoins(well, ICOs) Can anyone suggest some altcoins to buy?
I searched some on ICO listing cites, but it seems a lot of them are paid to be rated high. Some coins have only 100+ members on Telegram... :-\
I know that the price will go up and down but how to find some altcoins that is really doing something revolutionary and worth to invest?

Utrust,Eidoo, Ins, cindicator, snovio, storm, credits, power ledger and n.cash this coin are potential ones and if you see they have great volumes  but low price and this is due to the market fall. So if market retrieve back then possibly you will earn with this token to.

most altcoin prices follow bitcoin. as it is in my mind, ETH has potential and has a convincing price. you can also put in ETH. you can also try on minexcoin to invest.

Actually if you have to choose new coins it is very confusing. because the risk is very high than the coins that are already in top marketcap.
well, I'd better buy the top 10 coin marketcap coins. for long term.
but if you can not wait for profit quickly.
follow high-rating ICOs with a large community.
 ICO = high risk investment

Many good coins that offers good future income, if you try to view on the market line of cryptocurrency business, you find surely the good one, I don't mention any types of coins on which are the better or good, but as I said just look on the market and find the better one that you really like to purchase. I know you have already a good idea on this particular business, but for sure beware on the groups of scammers, and find a legitimate websites that surely connected to cryptocurrency business.

There are many projects that are undervalued and have a lot of developments in progress.  Research these projects to see if it's something you like.  Basic Attention Token, Waves, and Stratis.

You can buy the alternative coins which has large of capitalization marketcap you can check on here https://coinmarketcap.com/ you can choose ethereum, it can be used for payment on the ICO although some ICO accepts another cryptocurrencies, but the most common in ethereum, ethereum is good choice and don't forget about rumors of ethereum's killer you can buy EOS and ada coin/Cardano. EOS and Cardano can be called cheap.

I have always been a very strong advocate if DYOR (Do your own research) but I am also a strong believer in the future if NEO so if I am to suggest the best altcoin,I would suggest NEO(because you get daily gas and it's an awesome project) and I would also suggest KCS( Kucoin shares) because it is vastly undervalued right now, that token once hit $20 and it was a very strong competitor o BNB but now BNB is $13 and KCS is $3.

I can advise you, but the final decision is for you only. I like two projects, the coins I bought myself.
FUSION is a public blockchain devoting itself to creating an inclusive cryptofinancial platform by providing cross-chain, cross-organization, and cross-datasource smart contracts
Effect.AI is a decentralized platform for Artificial Intelligence.

For lower priced alts I would suggest ADA, TRX, XRP, ENG, and possibly Sub. Just do your own research and don't dwell in the Fud that follows every project.

You have to put minimum 50% of your money in to popular crypto like BTC, ETH ,NEO, XLM, ADA etc. And other 50% more use for make investment in new crypto or ICO. All popular crypto has bigger posibility to continue growing because they has big community to support it. Some altcoin that has partnership with third party like XLM is good to chooce because the demand will increase from that third party.

That's why it's very risky and really not recommended for me for investing in any ICOs today. Try to some altcoins/ tokens that are already listed way back 2017. You can try to read here https://bl4nkcode.info/crypto/article/top-5-most-promising-coins-to-invest-in-for-2018/ if the coins listed is much worth investing, just make sure you research well by reading different articles before investing in any means.

If you do not know what altcoins to buy, just focus your mind and body on ethereum because its one of the best coin on the list. Ethereum, although, is still young, it has enough power to defeat bitcoin and in the future, I believe that ethereum will become the number one cryptocurrency

You don't need to reinvent the bike. Any top coin is suitable for investment, as they are firmly entrenched in the market. The main thing is not to invest in the marginal projects that promise you x100 by the end of the year.

I would suggest that you may need to consider the top 20 coins in terms of ranking. These top 20 coins I believe had already made a history and perhaps this could assure at least higher percentage to earn. If I would to choose my top choices of coins will go for, it would be ETH, Cardano, Stellar and Neo.

I will advise choosing coins based on short term and long term.

Short-term:
1. PundiX
2. Spectre
3. DeepOnion
4. Cardano
5. IOST

Long-term:
1. Ethereum
2. Litecoin
3. Ripple
4. Stellar Lumens
5. Monero
6. NEO

These are my personal favorites at the moment and I have already earned substantial profits through these coins until now which is why I highly recommend them. Out of all these coins, I strongly believe that Stellar Lumens will help me earn the biggest returns which is why I purchased more of these coins than others.

I have some suggestions for you. Some altcoin you should buy ADA, EOS, NEO, NULS, TRX, BOS and ITC.
The altcoin on is growing constantly and there are reports on github and social media channels.
The ADA at the end of 2018 will issue its first token, TRAXIA.
NULS, BOS, EOS and TRX will soon launch their own blockchain and separate from Ethereum. That is a very good news.
NEO launches NEP-5 and has more and more ICOs on its platform. A strong ecosystem is actually being developed.
ITC is currently developing its own series and this is a sidechain for the purpose of developing the IOT network.

Ethereum is most definitely the best altcoin out there and if you are looking to buy altcoins then that should be the first coin that you buy before you start looking into other coins. The project is great, the tech is sound and the team are dedicated. Then you should invest some of your money in some NEO and LITECOIN and maybe some monero while you're at it.

NEO, EOS are the blue chips because of them being a platform meaning their value will increase over time.
TRX, XVG are the ones for day trading due to their high volume and high volatility.
TOA, PUNDI, AChain are the ones which are cheap but have the potential to go 10x in a year.

So choose wisely.

I strongly suggest that you don't take anyone's word without checking the price yourself and without doing your own research yourself. that being said I recommend IOSToken the one that I am wearing in my signature campaign, the sig campaign was a very successful one and the price growth showed to be more than 70% from the time the sig campaign started. the project is very promising and the team is a very good one.

I am a full supporter of Oyster Pearl PRL so I could say, investing PRL this time still worth it because soon they will launch their main net to store files online through IOTA Tangle so therefore, PRL is one of the most underrated and most undervalued altcoin company today but in behalf of the team and the supporters, it will rise soon and surge the price to the moon in the next few weeks or months.
Oyster Pearl PRL and Shell SHL are both worth to invest this time while the price were cheap and affordable.

I would have to agree that top altcoins are few of the best coins to invest this time as Bitcoin and Crypto Market has been surging and recovering from the major crypto crisis that we experienced since 3rd week of January this year.
investing Ethereum, NEO, Ripple, Cardano, Tron, Stellar and other promising top altcoins in coinmarketcap.com will offer higher profits and rewards than new listed altcoins.

I invest in altcoins because it's the way to invest into your future. But I choose consciously in which project to invest.  The best way to profit from ICO is to invest into ideas which are already turned into projects. It is important to choose a project which is aimed at solving real-life issues. For me ICOs are the opportunity to become an investor of a real business company and feel myself equal to guys from the Wall Street. There should be more projects which offer long-term investments. Have a look at the proect which is in my signature. They have a big community. I believe in this ICO.

I agree with this too. When investing in altcoins you should be very careful seeing as there are so many scam coins in the market right now and a lot of people stand to lose a lot of money in the long run so it is better to just stick with the top coins and invest in them as they are the least likely coins to fail so you are relatively more safe with them

With the help of this platform, users will be able to search and filter the blockchain projects and smart contracts they need. In addition, Nebulas platform has nebulas Force technology that allows you to make changes without having to create a fork.

I don't recommend joining ICOs for beginners. Yes, ICOs could give you a great profit but engaging in a system that you are not familiar with could be devastating. I recommend investing in a well established coin or token such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, etc. This is far more safer than engaging to ICOs. Scam ICOs are lurking out there. Better safe than sorry.

The possibility of simple and simple rewards (let's be objective: no one renounces the rewards) and cryptobank, the clients of which are all. Now, when prices have fallen, many excellent altcoins can be bought at prices of ICOs or close to them. Good projects almost always have a large number of members in Telegram. If you want to invest in the projects, which really does something revolutionary. then it's worth looking closely at projects that create blockchain new versions, such as QuarkChain, EOS, ICON

SKYFchain is the most reliable investment among all ICO’s which create the current market. It might grow up at several times in the nearest future (estimates of experts which you can find on every website related to ICO tell you more than words). Investment into SKYFchain will be totally worth a risk of taking it. www.skyfchain.io

All altcoins price is based on bitcoin price, but now both altcoin and bitcoin price is very low.  Ethererum is the best to invest nowadays. Because Ethererum is the strongest coin after bitcoin, now many projects are coming based on Ethererum platform. If you want more coins means go to coinmarketcap.com select the top ten coins among that choose the latest growing coins and invest on those coins.

I am a full supporter of Oyster Pearl PRL so I could state, contributing PRL this time still justified, despite all the trouble in light of the fact that soon they will dispatch their primary net to store documents online through IOTA Tangle so in this manner, PRL is a standout amongst the most underrated and most underestimated altcoin organization today however for benefit of the group and the supporters, it will rise soon and flood the cost to the moon in the following couple of weeks or months.
Clam Pearl PRL and Shell SHL are both worth to contribute this time while the cost were shabby and moderate.

Just choose Ethereum and buy the coin at a price of 170 USD.
If the price goes up then it will make you for and as long as you know that Ethereum has a large community of ICO participants.

We need to study the market and prices on the exchange. So you will be able to understand a little bit the growth trends of altcoins, and then choose your own.

Be sure you have to choose the right one otherwise you may fall into losing by then. Investing coin is somewhat like you gamble your money, it sometimes we've lucky and win but sometimes we fail also. But in that way, we learn a lot and made us more cautious of not making more mistakes happen again.

I suggest the top 5 coins in the market because it will make you very profitable if you buy and sell it when the price is right. Like ethereum, I have made a lot of eth because I am trading.

A good ICO to buy into would be ELQYD Ico which I am currently participating in their bounty. they have a good team and they are servicing a fast growing niche will will be bigger as time passes. You would not regret investing in the coin. also you might want to look investing into eloncity, don't know if their ico is done yet but they are a good one.

Yeah I agree. Research is the key to find some good projects, coin and tokens on the market nowadays. But if OP wants to have a much safer investments I highly recommend coins that are already listed on exchanges and listed top 20. My previous investments are poured into Litecoin, Ethereum, Dash, SXDT, IOSToken and now I currently enrolled in a bounty campaign program that for me has potential as they have already proven the effectiveness, creativeness and usefullness of their application though they are mostly heard in Asian countries and that is no other than SWIPE.

One of my favourites is DarkPayCoin. It is not doing an ICO but is growing itself organically through rewards to Masternodes for processing transactions. You can buy the coin on CryptoBridge and find out more about the coin as well as how you can make money by staking the coin or creating a Masternode on their Discord Channel. https://discord.gg/XAPNYkZ

The theme of altcoin touched above and I think it is not reasonable to invest in them, since these people are unreliable and the only thing they can do is immediately buy a new dose for use, thereby absorbing any amount of investment.

If you are looking for some really great altcoins to put your money in, the I must recommend that you do not overlook investing in ripple, tron and neo. Not only are these coins great options for investment, especially long term hodling, they are also still very cheap to invest in. Like I said earlier, do not overlook these options.

the number of members in the telegram group must be considered because this shows how many people are monitoring the project and the coins and even only a few of them are finally interested in buying coins so the more members the better the ICO, it's my personal judgment without looking at other aspects, for example, there are 2 ICOs that have the same concept so I would prefer ICOs that have many members on their telegram

Do not trust ICO listings and advertisments on ICO listings. All of them seem to be fake and none of the ICO listing check all the data about ICOs they list, so they are not responsible for their own suggestions.

maybe it's late for being early adopters of bitcoin but It's not too late for others coins...there is a good dose of luck of course, but you must always do your own researches...for example watch Elicoin in livecoinwatch , is not an ICO or bounty... it's a coin with low mc, low supply, PoW whit cpu, no premine, active dev...only trading it on CREX24 for now...do you own researches in the thread in bitcointalk: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3028302.0..I bought them 2 months ago and if you watch it in livecoinwatch you know why now I laugh very loud :) people are too stupid for DYOR and got scammed by ICO or bounty...just my 2 cents...hope it helps...cheers

Don't go with various coins that you are not familiar with. Go only with those that you did research and is ready to take risk.

Many coins out there are just pump and dump so beware of that. Can take some of the suggestions but do it with your due diligence.

I do not even subscribe to someone entrusting their decisions on someone else's investment as this is the main reason why people have really thrown away their money over the years.

One thing with copying people is that you will never be able to make any decision on your own, and sometimes, even promising project fails and how do you want to know when this person you are busy following is trying to get out of such market eventually. Get to trust only yourself, have the basic knowledge you need to know when it comes to investment and be able to make decisions on your own as this is the best way you can get the best in the long run.

VeChain. It is more than just "tracking things". It's a blockchain platform. Just like ETH, only 1000x more efficient due to the node structure. VeChain also has countless enterprise-grade dApps, and each one alone will see more use than every single dApp on ETH combined. Several projects have already left ETH for VeChain.

The coins kind to buy are depending from purpose and time period of investing. For longterm i suggest to buy projects with own blockchain, not the Dapps on Ethereum.

There are lots of ICO listing sites that compromise in their listing. Most of them are only after the money they would collect for listing and since the developers of many of those projects that are scam have ulterior motives, they won't hesitate in paying the money.
So, as an individual, to be sure of the project to invest in, focus your research on the content of the whitepaper, as well as the team of the project.

It's hard to tell whether a coins from ICO is good or not. It's all up to you to understand what the project and the platform is or if it's good to invest or not. Just read the roadmap if you are going to invest in ICO then do some more research about it. Don't just ask for suggestions because sometimes suggested coins would not perform well.

GoChain has an active mainnet running at 1300 Transactions per second (13000 Q2 2019), with transactions confirmation times of approx 4-6 seconds on the blockchain. It is 100% Ethereum compatible, however instead of using Proof of Work, it has Proof of Reputation (companies as nodes), which is 10x more decentralized than Ethereum and 1000x greener. There are 10 companies that are built or building on the network (Veritoken, Solaster, Enterprise, Job.com, PrimaBlock, MuiltiSender, Monarch, TrueDeck, MBYS, Esprezzo), and it has its own decentralized exchange GoDDEX for ICO’s. It is currently listed on Binance, Upbit, Bittrex, Kucoin, Bilaxy. The team is top notch – at the helm is CEO Jason Dekker who has extensive experience in hedge fund management (managed over $250m USD in assets), the CTO, Travis Reed is experienced in building apps and infrastructure (Achieved 1 million TPS with Iron.io). GoChain has a partnership with Microsoft Azure to drive enterprise adoption of blockchain-based customer support services. With a market cap of $40m and upgradeable smart contracts due Q4 it is extremely undervalued.

Too many projects lack the necessary business savvy to succeed and promise ludicrous transactions per second on testnet that they will never achieve at mainnet.

Whether it is a new project or an ongoing project or possible one that has not even started at all, what is important is to at least get to understand that in every light, you are at least sure of the potential of the project in the long run. It is not really about how long the coin or token has been in the market, it is all about the value and business solution it actually creates as this is what would give it huge support as well as sustainable demand based on real life usage in the long run. One thing certainly a lot of people normally do not understand.

I came across some projects these days with very limited number of members, such a Trivver. The project could not make any reasonable sales, let alone reaching softcap. Although, they were honest enough to return the money invested by their investors.
Apart from ratings or even suggestions made by anyone to you. It will be good you do some research yourself.
