I think we are still in murky waters as to what legally can be considered a crime (and under what what national jurisdiction).  However, some bullet points to build around:

  • Misrepresentation of the identity of the company's CEO.
  • Misrepresentation of the company's structure.
  • Continuing failure to provide evidence that the company's stated business plan has been implemented.
  • Lack of transparency and communication with regard to the usage of company funds.
  • Cessation of dividends without notice to shareholders.

Sorry this is so brief but I'm not well this week.

And cheers virtualspade for your work (+1111)

You have alot of information here to add to the complaint. I would go about in the complaint of filing the names of people potentially involved with labcoin especially Alberto's as he seems the one to be more invovled, as it was his phone number on the labcoin contact, and he responed to me when I asked him about ASIC.

Let the italian authorities come up with the crimes comitted, but anywhere in the world pretending to be someone else while raising money is fraud.

Johny, I know you can be a bit 'feisty', so please take this comment in the spirit it meant (polite disagreement).  Addressing the two clauses of your sentence in sequence:

1. A lawyer, who you are paying money, will listen to your grievances then match them to laws within the statutes that have been broken but 'authorities' will not.  It may be different where you live but trust me in 'latin' countries especially, they are not waiting for your call, ready to hand out advice.  Italy especially is  highly bureaucratised - getting a car registered is similar to the seven levels of purgatory.  A case of this complexity.... :o

2. That's quite a claim.  My instinct would be to agree with you.  But once you enter the legal world you have to know.  I certainly don't know the ins and outs of criminal law regarding fraud in Italy, the SAR of Hong Kong (and I used to live there) or mainland China.

Proof of Alberto Armandis involvement with Labcoin

Alberto Ceo of ENSO

http://hk.linkedin.com/pub/alberto-armandi/11/a74/b27?trk=pub-pbmap

178.79.173.51 is the IP address of labcoin

http://myip.ms/info/whois/178.79.173.51

proves that the IP address was previously used by ENSO.

I hope anyone linked to the investigation saves this evidence.... Smiley

Someone is already creaiting a draft Brief of Evidence (I don't know who but it looks like someone in authority is already investigating)

if you look inside the PDF you will find some nice key dates, key names, registration documents etc.
