What are your predictions for 2018?

Do you think the crypto market will recover from the correction we are currently going through? What are your predictions for where prices are going to be at the end of 2018?

Theres nothing wrong predicting a price most specially if we are the one who bought coins ATH because we all really in bad shape until now,but for me i cant predict higher than what you have mentioned,i can only go for ethereum to reach $1,500 again,bitcoin atleast $30,000 and litecoin $500 from that i would be very glad to collect my earnings

The bear market have cause so much curious from people who are not involve in cryto. Which have lead to so many investors buying at the dip. L beleive ripple ,neo might be the next big coins that will cause a headline news this year.

For me, 2018 is the most vital time for various purpose regarding this cryptocurrency market. We all have experienced in the last month of 2017 a huge price hike but just after two months we also have got a different scenario. So that day by day this platform is becoming very unpredictable. in this way, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies market is becoming risky choice among the people. So this year will play an important role for this platform for sure.

In next months many new investors will look for crypto's that are cheap to invest as Bitcoin will be to expensive.

My prediction for 2018 is that we will see a great market until the end of 2018 once we survived that bearish dips. 2019 could be a year of a new correction in the first six months.

Well, it's hard to predict the price of different coins, but I'm pretty sure that we will reach more than 2 trillion in marketcap this year.

For me it's a pretty safe bet as well that BTCBitcoinBTC will reach a new all time high at some point of the year. I'm thinking of something like 25.000 - 30.000 USD at the end of the year

my prediction by the end of 2018, bitcoin will reach 25,000 usd ethereum will be in the 2000 usd range and BCH will be in the range of 5000 usd. for 2019 maybe bitcoin will be worth about 80-90 k USD. if seen from a 300% increase over the period 2017

This year also huge pump is waiting for Bitcoin it is not maintain a stable price because always some price fluctuation is occur in crypto platform so no one predict the future possibilities of Bitcoin.
Next year also some price drop is possible in Crypto platform but every year this will moving forward.

I don't think that it's possible to predict anything in crypto, because there're too many factors that can affect the crypto market. Don't care for ICOs much and won't spew any misinformation there. In regards to the overall crypto market though I am supremely bullish that we will surpass 1 trillion this year and at some point next year will surpass 2 trillion overall. I also think we won't have more than 1k coins active for trading, maybe somewhere in the range of 300-500 coins left after the end of next year. Regulation will get tighter which means lots of coins will get delisted as a result, some bag holders will suffer but if you are in the correct bags you will be rewarded appropriately. That is how I see 2018 and 2019 panning out, I could be way off though.

You are correct in thinking that Ethereum will reach $3k price level but bitcoin reaching the million dollar level is way out of the line. Bitcoin, if it pumps is likely going to ATH at around $100k price range this time than fall back above the previous ATH levels. You cant go wrong in buying either bitcoin or ethereum.

Can you make the right forecast for the stock market? Crypto market does not differ in this sense. We do not have the opportunity to see the future. It seems to me that TA is now used to understand and control the crowd.

Ethereum is used by many projects so it will actually keep going up and down, but at the long run, it will be an upward movement for sure.
Some ICOs really have projects that have real use case, some of them will be decoupled from BTC and ETH price, which means they will not really depend on the price of Bitcoin and Ethereum any more to increase in price, this year will be for ICOs that have solid projects with good utility among both crypto and non crypto users, those tokens will soar in price.

If it's just me then I predict a $50,000 BTC for 2018 and about $15,000 ETH :P
Seriously now, we can't even predict the price for next week, how much more for the next few months and next year.

My prediction in 2018 may be that bitcoin prices will skyrocket higher than before maybe it will happen at the end of the year, and for ethereum I always expect to keep increasing its price because I hold it to a pretty good value. ;D

I agree with your opinion because my prediction is also like that, although this is a difficult year for crypto especially for ethereum and bitcoin but I am sure by the end of this year in the end it will all rise again even could exceed the highest price of the previous year

My prediction for altcoin in 2018/2019 is to see bitcoin above15k,ethereum above 3k ripple to reach @ least $15 and better ICO lunch.

Personally I would be happy if we make it back to the coin prices we had in December-January, but I do not think it will happen soon. I think more people need to get involved in cryptocurrency in order for the crypto not to fail.

Talking about the ICO. I think XYOnetwork will do great. Because it is the first proof of location blockchain. You can be able to track things real time which is useful for many cases.

Not only me but many other people have already predicted the 2018 is the year f bitcoin and till the end of the year its price will be more than 25000 dollars. Predictions 2018/2019 I have not really figured out, hopefully the more its year the bitcoin forum is growing, the most important thing is having to want a continuous effort.

   People are now turning towards digital currency and the investment ratio is increasing. Bitcoin is no doubt on top and then Ethereum. Litecoin. Ripple and many more. Till the end of the year I am looking bitcoin more than 20k, Ethereum more than 1k and ripple and all othercurrencies are gar away. Most people are investing in these two currenciesbecause of the high profit return.

I am not sure if the bear market is over yet, but I think maybe by the end of 2018, we might supersede the previous ATHS we had for both ETH and BTC, as well as some other all time favorite altcoins. I think many trashy ICOS will bite the dust, but successful projects, even those very low cap ones, as long as they are producing results, might make a lot of people here wealthy as what happened in early 2018 and late 2017. Yes I agree with you because in 2018 Ethereum will reach the peak because last month Ethereum drastically decreased hence I expect big if Ethereum will skyrocket in this month,

I think that the community of crypto currency lovers has already grown in recent times in the audience of many thousands. Yet no one has offered such opportunities to obtain the status of financial independence for the common man. Everyone can try and make themselves a little richer.

I think the following months might bring really good things to bitcoin, and depending on this, to altcoins. I think ethereum might reach a higher price than $2000, and bitcoin might carry its top level much more higher than $20000.

It seems to me that in 2018 the price for ETH will be about $ 1500.  The price for BTC will be about $ 13,000-14,000.  But in 2019 there will be a sharp increase in all coins.

It is difficult to predict the altcoin in 2018/2019, due to the fluctuating nature make it not to be expected what would happen, but believe the year only and optimistic will be a year full of happiness because the market price bring in profits, to altcoin who I believe will progress well and bring in profit is ETH.

It is tough to predict the price of such an unstable thing as crypto currency. Yet, if were to make a suggestion or prediction, I`d say the Bitcoin will go up to the price of 20000$ and ETH will go up to 1000-1500$, I hope I`m mistaking and they will go higher.

Saying something is the prediction for what will happen to cryptocurrencies is not ideal because we all know that there is no way for anyone to actually predict the market accurately. It is all just speculation at best and no one should be taking these so called predictions at face value and using it to make decisions for your coins.

So this is what I think we will see next 1-2 years. Slow total crypto marketcap growth lets say 1 trillion in 1-2 years but there will be a shift in the current market dynamics. On account of eth and btc, you're right, but ltc seems to me that you do not fully see its strength, I think that it will break through the cover at 600-700, for it 500 as something small

For me I said 2018 would be the year where men would be separated from boys. People would find out that mostof these ICOs idea won't work and many old projects in the space that have nothing to show, their value would go close to Zero because people would realise this won't work. Personally I think we're close to a different market entirely. I think we're going to see major projects with real value blow up and become stable investments. We never know the future an ICO from the beginning, because many ICO has a good concept, but couldn't finish it well.

I think a lot of people here are predicting Bitcoin and Ethereum price to go higher than the last ATH so I think it will not go the way they predict because the crypto market is not logical and the whales are not stupid. I think they will dump Bitcoin price to 4k USD before making a new ATH.

I think they crypto market and stock, forex are falling down. You can accumulate coins for now. If the market keeps increasing then that's a sign of bull run but right now you can speculate and read the predictions of coins in this year and next year. What we have right now is we're in second phase of cryptocurrency.

This year may not be what you want. For now, the cryptocurrency's performance in the market was very bad in 2018. The market is in a red state for most of the time. There is no indication showing that the market can return to the price in December 2017.

Indeed there must be a big difference between what we want to see with what happens, because here is full of risk, be it fraud and so forth. For that the best way to know what will happen in this year and the next is to wait and see.

I think the coin that will make the most X's cannot be found on the top 10 or even 20 of the whole cryptocurrency list. With how the market is performing during the year, it seems those at the top will be the ones that will find it hard to appreciate. The first 6 months of the year is almost coming to an end and the top coins such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, etc are still halfway from recovering their all time high.

Of course it will be restored. The market is always cyclical. But now it's difficult to make a forecast, at least for me. I'm waiting to see whether the bitcoin will be close to $6000 and waiting for more information about regulation. After that I can make accurate conclusions.

All people are in a good direction to predict 2018, but the market in 2018 may not be as beautiful as we thought. It may be the opposite. When the market experienced a surge in 2017, the market in 2018 may have to rest throughout the year, 2019 is more worth our expectation.

If in 2018 or at least early 2019 crypto market capitalization managed to return to its highest point, I think it's been great for the industry as a whole.
And if that happens, I believe Bitcoin and Ethereum are two coins that will benefit first.

My prediction in 2018. With the growing coin market, the Crypto participation is increasing. So I think the coin market will double in price at the current price

Of course everyone is expecting the same thing, but it may be necessary to calculate the market capitalization that can make the price the way we want it. For Ethereum, this year does not seem to be close to $ 2k.

I think the end of the year 2018 is perhaps the market will rise. but I'm sure at the beginning of the year 2019 to come, market conditions will back down. I don't know how many will be down, whether it be more down from current or not. However, conditions such as this has become a pattern that almost occurred every year.

I think the market will stabilize and more people and money will come to the market.  I also think that more exchanges and more altcoin pairs will open up to fiat exchange.  This could drive down demand for bitcoin while also pumping more value into alt coins.  Overall, the fiat share of various financial markets should shift more into crypto as further integration continues.

Given all this, I think it's fair to expect bitcoin to stabilize around the $10K mark for quite some time.  Perhaps years.

 It is all just speculation at best and no one should be taking these so called predictions at face value and using it to make decisions for your coins.

I still believe in full market recover and even better development of it, rise of our returns. But now I wait it only in 2019

I am positive that in the third quarter of 2018 we will experience bull market and before this year ends we will have green market continuously and we will have huge profit that could help us start 2019. And year 2019 crypto business will be widely spread and more investors will come.

I think from the look of thngs, having bearish market for almost six month now, we should see some stabilty in the begining  of third quarter and by the end of third quarter this , there will be some bull run that will take us to January next!

Everyone is happy if the price value of ALT coin like Bitcoin will goes up, base on the market preview, crytpo currency trading market experience drops in almost all ALT coin posted in the treed. But after such drop, market recovered, with good fundamentals, market price stabilized, and a lot more investors comes in. i am optimistic that crypto currency value will goes up again and Bitcoin leading the crytpo coins.

For me bitcoin and ethereum has a big suprise for us i guess its the pumping of its price with two times by a few months or maybe two years ,i could say that because many people now was using it and also they use for being alternative bank.

I think Crypto market will rise again in 2018. It is very tough to predict the price at the end of 2018. I think this year is very crucial for the cryptocurrency. in 2019 I expect only growth,I think many coins will surprise us..people are patient and forward-thinking will become richer,people do not believe in the growth of crypto will regret about the missed opportunities..this is my personal opinion :)

Can we all become a Brazilionaire? :) I think this may very well be possible, only such a small percentage of those that own $$$ are into crypto right now.....once it gets some real world wide adoption, things will look good for us early adopters (btc/eth owners being pre-early adopters haha).

We have alot of prediction this year. It doesn't matter what's the price of bitcoin and altcoins all you have to do is patience. i feel sad that some of the newbies are on panic well they don't need that thing all they have to do is patience just like us. Predictions could be good and more people wants that thing. But again be ready and be aware of bull trap coz it will turn your emotions down.

It will be a great year for those who have kept their coins. I also think that we`ll see another big player come out on stage and take a good share of the market with some incredibly convenient and useful technology. Overall, I want to receive as much profit as possible from years to come.

This year, the market is going through a downtrend and all the Coins are running far below their cost. The market is waiting for positive news from any corner in order to resume its journey again. However, no one can predict of this market, but still there are so many news going on about the G20 meeting this month, if any positive news comes out of it and there is agreement about the regulation of crypto currency, then market can bounce back again.

I think nobody knows totally about crypto world that, when it will grow. And all persons  are only predict that it will grow in the end of 2018.
According to me crypto industry growth is depend on good or bad news, if some good news come then it will rising from tomorrow, but if not then nobody knows when it will rise because one good news or bad news take market to upwards or downwards.

We have been experiencing a bearish market and it has really been worrying and people has been panicking, leading to them selling their coins and probably even leaving the market. The thing is there is a likely chance that this will still go on for quite some while. I do not even see the market becoming stable by the end of the year. Bitcoin might even come further down to 4000 - 5000 dollars. Heartbreaking, but it might happen. Maybe we will see greenbath next year, but I strongly doubt it for this year.
