not long time ETH price can incraese to 1000 dollar again
if bitcoin price incraese to 20k dollar, i think ETH price can follow incraese to 2k dollar

after above news many people FOMOed in ethereum , i did not expect ether will go up in such a short period , it recovered at the same pace of its downfall .

if Bitcoin get stable at 20K dollar then i am pretty sure Ether would cross 3k dollar mark , bcoz speed of price rise of ether is higher than BTC ..
in terms of btc ether price will be 0.12 btc approx which wass its peak price in last bull run .

The market is completely unpredictable, anything could happen. In the past while bitcoin was around $2000 people were predicting it won't reach $5000, but things happened making everyone get astonished. Same is with ethereum as well, we cannot say anything precisely. I believe it could reach $15000, because more ico's on the same platform adds strength for a stabilized growth.

Wow! It means that the market is normal now and I will buy more. If Eth is going $800 and bitcoin is $9000 now there's possible that eth will hit $2000 maybe the end of the year. Hopefully it will be continue increase.

It has been long time coming and one only needs to picture the huge potentials all those smart contracts brings the way of ETH, to know that it was just a matter of time. For those who could not see beyond the sell offs, because of acute FUD, you just have to think again. Take heart and use you brain the most, next time!

the good news for a movement of our ethereum must be waiting for that moment for a long time, because it makes the ethereum coin holders profitable. I am always optimistic if ethereum has a good future and now it is proven if the price of ethereum has significant movement.

News are coming out there. Vitalik talked about Sharding. Reddit predicting the price of ETH to be 15k at the end of the year and re-accepting crypto payment including ETH. That's probably the trigger and hope that it's not a FOMO.

The rise of ETH is what we all want to see, because I am increasing my holdings. I firmly believe that $1000 is not a dream. ;D ;D

My friend always believed that Ethereum  will start to grow in price and thanks to him I did not sell my coins when the market fell at the beginning of the year and I thought it was the end. His forecast for the end of May $ 1222 for me is good news.

The market is starting to recover. One of the coins I hold is up 30% just today. Over 100% in the last 24 hours. Ethereum can easilly reach over $1,000 by summer time. If not even more than that. Bitcoin will probably be stable at around $20k again. Just my honest opinion though.

Going back to the topic, i agree that we may be seeing the second boom of Ethereum very soon. Ethereum has been oversold for far too long and it should now correct its way up to $1500++. I speculate it should reach $1500 within 1 or 2 months.

The entire crypto market is going up day after day and this is still the early stage of upmove that will heat up over summer. Ethereum will go to new highs sometime later this year.

Absolutely and I think it might hit up to $1000, ETH is around $700+ right now and prices at the market are about to stabilize and the market is green again and there are projects in the market as well. One of the recent projects which I think will never let you down is blockgrain.io. They’re aiming to automate the supply chain with Grain and later on Fruit/Vegetables/Wool. It’s an Australian ICO.
Australia is amongst the largest exporters of food, and there is absolutely no competition. Their sale has recently started.

I like your opinion, let's hope bitcoin back to $ 20k. if that happens then I am very sure ethereum price will also rise at least more than $ 1k. if it reaches $ 2k per ethereum it is better. but difficult to happen in the near future. unless there is a significant price increase against bitcoin in this week.

Can anyone give a good explanation of what is drving this current price, I have seen some news in the space but I don't think they are strong enough to trigger another bull drive of Ethereum price, the rate at which this is going Ethereum is out performing BTC in terms of ROI.

Yes, prices have jumped. And also saw a lot of bullish articles today about ETH, which I don't think is deserved.

I personally do not feel like that this is going to be the second boom of ETH. There simply hasn't been enough bullish momentum in the entire market for ETH to have the same sort of rally that it had last year.

It's just natural volatility, and a result of positive media coverage, especially from Reddit's cofounder. 10% per day is great, but isn't unseen and definitely doesn't mean that we're in another ETH bull market. Prices can correct just as fast.

i think it will happen, but we do not know when it will happen. with number of buyers ethereum significantly it will be seen clearly eth price increase, for that let's spread the positive news about eth

I think Ethereum has a long way to go for long term. It has a working platform and growing community. in a few years later Ethereum can be the biggest thing in the market.

Almost all coins are gaining. You can expect them to gain more than the other coins because they have higher loss rate in the past months.

i don't think ETH is capable of a "boom" anymore. a "boom" is basically going to $20000 which is simply impossible for this overpumped altcoin without usage.

if you want a "boom" then you should look at those other small altocins which are going up more than 100% in 24 hours instead of a tiny 10% by chance and with a lot of risk!

Very good growth rate. Hopefully soon will see ETH reach $ 1000 next week. current price is $ 820. The market has gradually gone up after a long period of decline from January to March. I bought some ETH at $ 450 and still keep them at the present.

It will be very very soon for ethereum to hit hit 1000 dollars back again. I am expecting to see huge comeback with erc20 tokens as well with this ethereum raise. I hope we will see loses getting closed!

This is the same quote that is said by John McAfee that the price of bitcoin will rise to astronomical figures and i just consider this prediction from Reddit co founder like the one said by John and nothing else, there is no way that the price of ETH rise to those valuation even in ten years time, it is not even a currency for everyone to use to it and what is the potential that they see in the coin to get those valuation.

but, i think when bitcoin hit the past all time high Eth price will be at $1500 mate

Rather bitcoin can boom and ethereum will thus rise but I think you should at other coins especially the ones coinbase will probably list they will boom in summer very hard  :)

Today finally ethereum reached $800 again and if this continues to $1,000 then were in second boom for sure..i dont know but if ethereum hits $2,000 this year i guess its my time to profit atlast after 11 months of waiting ..

Ethereum has really great potential. No doubt that it will update its price maximums. But it will happen only after serious fluctuations. And may till the end of this year it will reach 0.2 BTC.

Can we believe in a stabilized price? Stabilized maybe, i believe Ethereum is in a process of growth and restructuring and $ 1000 is not something impossible in the next days and i am happy for the small increase in the market, this motivates us and shows us that the bullish trend always exists.

I think it all depends on the market. The main thing we do not need to panic. Any currency always goes down then down. Ethereum is very powerful crypto currency
