Dear Community, Dear CPY-Owner,

It has come to our attention that they are people out there trying to put our company in bad light. We know which persons are behind this and have already taken steps to reverse it, and correct those with false opinions.
Some comments that have come up:

Is CONCENSUM PTE Ltd. (former COPYTRACK PTE Ltd.) Scam or a Shell?

We can reassure you that the company is on track as preciously outlined in the white paper:

    The website is launched (https://concensum.org)
    The application was developed and is already online (registration via website)
    Our blockchain is developed and already online as a Test-Net.
    The Main-Net will be online in 2-4 weeks
    The token swap will also take place within a few weeks

In short: We are one of the few ICOs to deliver the product according to the roadmap.

What is the connection between COPYTRACK GmbH, COPYTRACK PTE Ltd, CONCENSUM PTE Ltd?

In our white paper we have made it clear that there is an existing company, COPYTRACK GmbH “Global Copyright Enforcement” in Berlin, which is the world market leader in many areas.

We have also stated that we have established the COPYTRACK PTE Ltd. Global copyright register in Singapore and are conducting the ICO with it.

That COPYTRACK PTE Ltd. will benefit from the expertise and COPYTRACK GmbH is obvious and a great advantage for COPYTRACK PTE Ltd.

Furthermore, we had the overall concept examined by a major international law firm.

During the ICO the community and investors suggested a more foundation-like and less commercial approach of The Global Copyright Register. Therefore, we decided to transfer COPYTRACK PTE Ltd. Into a foundation in the long run in order to find broad international acceptance.
This also required a clear differentiation from their more commercial sister COPYTRACK GmbH, the Global Copyright Enforcement business.
The foundation approach, the differentiation and the announced token swap resulted in CONCENSUM PTE Ltd. and CEN as the new token symbol.
For CPY-Owner and the community there is no disadvantage or change in direction, content or benefits at all. Also, the close technology and business partnership with COPYTRACK GmbH will remain.

What is the Entity setup in Singapore about?

Asia is the most growing market in the world, the majority of the world population is Asian and already more than 20% of our client base is from Asia. Further Singapore is one of the most trusted countries for intellectual property in the world. So it was just logic for us to choose Singapore as our base.

It is a legal requirement in Singapore to have a local citizen in the board of directors.

This is why Singapore has a history of director services. Since it is a must, we also have to use a director service, that we also use as a registration address. There is no reason so see something suspicious behind a legal requirement.

Is there a team?

Of course! We have an international team working at COPYTRACK, CONCENSUM, as well as, other projects.

The team is currently about 45 people, including 30 employees and 15 external hires. It is in the total interest of CONCENSUM to benefit from the expertise of this team. There is nothing to hide and we use our resources to the benefit of the projects.

Because of these strange accusations, we now produced a video with most of the team members and will release it soon.

Will there be a Foundation?

They claim that foundation is no longer a topic. That´s simply wrong.

The contrary, we will turn CONCENSUM into a foundation in the long run.

Setting up a foundation is a complex and also a time consuming process and has to be done thoroughly.

The value of CPY dropped

CPY and after the token swap CEN is a utility token will be launched.

Besides the fact we have described it in the whitepaper, the behavior of a utility token is that it has to be used in order to increase in value.

Since the roadmap clearly stated that after the ICO we will finish developing the product until July (which we did and delivered), it is only normal that the value dropped.

The token cannot be used without a product.

Now we have launched the product, we will soon inform about the token swap and the token can be used within the platform. Only from then on, we can expect the token to increase its value.

We would be pleased if you do not support this attempt to put CONCENSUM in a bad light but continue to work with us on this great product.

Copytrack is about creating copyright. Then How long does it take in the process to get full copyright over something we have created if it has proof of its creation?

Image authorship and registration processes are automatic, as well as manual if necessary.
So I think full copyright won't happen immediately and may take certain hours and even days.

In Q2 develop ends, and we will see toket swap

I grabbed some coins enough for Masternodes. 10K CPY tokens for Masternode will make it worth 2000$ - 2500$ at current CPY price. It is extremely cheap. Moreover the fact that CPY is a utility token and their Global Register becomes live in June makes it a real gem. ICO price of CPY was 1$ and it's now at 0.2$. This is the best opportunity to load up some CPY I believe. With mainnet coming up in July, I am sure copytrack is going to do a Stunner.

They are on track with roadmap as far as the ico is concerned,the token swap is due to happend in June/july.

I've been digging into this company over the last few days. This sounds interesting, as we know that owning a masternode is profitable for the long term, we don't need to invest so much on mining rig to be able to generate coins.
Let just wait for more information to be available.

That's the main benefit of Proof of Stake comparing to Proof of Work.
In my opinion the number of POW miners will decrease year by year.

So we are getting staking in wallets instead of a masternode type set up.
With Roi from 10-20% when staking,if they base it on the qtum type of reward scheme it will be based on stack amount,coinage and networkweight.

This is a very important thing in my opinion because all must own the copyright to it that are not easily recognized others for hard work. I think this a very good idea. Hopefully a lot of people will be able to understand this.

Concensum GCR is currently focused on image copyright.


That is not planned yet. Later when Concensum will have a larger amount of images and might approach them.
Also there are only 17 countries worldwide with a copyright register where only 2-3 countries are relevant at all, so its not priority.

No it´s for free for you, Concensum carries the costs.


When you click on the hit-count on the image you'll be diverted to your Copytrack account and can submit a claim.
Each Concensum member can have a free Copytrack account automatically.

The wallet for the testnet works ok and it Will be interesting to see the staking rewards in real life and to see how many actually will be staking.

THE PRODUCT

On July 31st CONCENSUM went online. Due to the complex parts of the technology and the fact that we operate our own blockchain, there is a ramp-up time to have all parts and functions available and synchronized: Blockchain, Op-codes, Token Swap, Smart Contracts, etc.
 
The fork and extension of the QTUM Blockchain allow us to register images and their rights in an easy way by adding OP-Codes. Additionally, the Ethereum Virtual Machine allows us to process Smart Contracts for image licensing by agencies and marketplaces. We estimate that ramp up time will take 60 days until the end of September.
 
To make it easy for all the marketplaces and agencies to use our blockchain we will provide an API and Smart Contract templates for easy integration.

TOKEN SWAP

As previously stated in the white paper, we will perform a token swap, so that the original ERC20 token (CPY) cannot be handled on our blockchain. The new token will be CEN.

The token swap will start in the following weeks and as a CPY- owner you will receive comprehensive information about the procedure and we will guide you through that process.
 
ROADMAP

To give you a rough idea of what will happen next, we have a rough roadmap for you on our website under “About”. Our next milestones are to start the Main-Net at the end of August and make the Smart Contracts available, as well as, the registration and trading API at the end of October and November 2018.

So as I understand from Your post, for now, we have the product almost ready but we cannot use the CPY token until the token swap is completed.
The usage of utility token will be only with the new CEN tokens. Am I right?

Right.
Currently GCR is running on Testnet.

There will be a few transition phases:
● Testnet to Mainnet,
● Tokenswap: CPY to CEN,
● List CEN on exchanges.

Concerning CEN listing: Concensum team already contacted 38 exchanges that support QTUM.

It's extremely important to fight FUD and rumors that seriously discredit project's reputation.

What is meant by the term "foundation" in the articles. Is it like an different branch of the company which will support the main company?
I find it hard to understand what the exact meaning is in this situation, and how the company will behave differently as it did before

A foundation is a non-governmental entity that is established as a nonprofit corporation or a charitable trust, with a principal purpose of making grants to unrelated organizations, institutions, or individuals for scientific, educational, cultural, religious, or other charitable purposes.

Concensum will be turned into a foundation in the long run.

One week to mainnet launch and the next phase of  Concensum begins:-)

There are around 5300 blocks we need to process before it is public.

It may cause problems only for unexperienced users who can mix up tokens on exchanges.
From technical point of view existence of coins with the same acronyms is completely okay.
Just check Etherscan and see that there are tens of different tokens with the same acronym. :)

In the new version we have integrated all functions for the registration of the images at the Global Copyright Register on the Main-Net. All stackers can now mine the registration transactions of the Copyright Register with the new wallet.
The new wallets version number is 0.17.0 and will be available on Wednesday 10.04.2019 on https://concensum.org/en/network
As always there are versions for MacOS , Windows 32 and Windows 64 as well as Linux.

WE RECOMMEND TO UPDATE TO THE NEW WALLET VERSION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
PLEASE MAKE A BACKUP WALLET BEFORE THE UPDATE.
After the majority of stakers updated to the new wallet, we will update the Global Copyright Register portal.

What happens if I don’t upgrade to version 0.17.0?
If you leave your wallet at version 0.15.0 or 0.15.1, the blockchain you use splits off from the CONCENSUM blockchain. A so-called fork happens. You keep your CEN coins, but can only transfer them between wallets of versions 0.15.0 or 0.15.1. If there is no other node/wallet with versions 0.15.0 or 0.15.1 in your network, you are offline.

Where is version 0.16.0?
Who now wonders why he should upgrade from version 0.15.1 directly to 0.17.0 without the version 0.16.0 ? Version 0.16.0 served to integrate a lot of updates and fixes from Qtum. Due to the short completion time between version 0.16.0 and 0.17.0 no release was made.

What? really about this news? I never thought it would happen like this. Indeed the new exchange is very vulnerable to hacker behavior and it is very difficult to cure.

Sad, but every year few crypto exchanges suffer from hacking.
Imo, the number of such hacks will grow next years.
