Elspero [ESR] is a crypto currency with confidential translations and confidential wallets thanks to CryptoNote technology (Elspero is Monero's younger half-brother, also working on this technology). Solo mining

How to solo mine with the CLI release
1. Download CLI release from
2. Extract the release to any folder or directory
3. Run the daemon, karbowanecd. Then start simplewallet and open or create a wallet. You can open it later in GUI.
4. In simplewallet, type "start_mining x", x being the number of CPU cores you wish to mine with.
5. Check your hash rate by typing "show_hr" in karbowanecd. Hide it by typing "hide_hr".

Alternatively you can run the daemon, karbowanecd with these flags: --start-mining YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS --mining-threads 3 - much more easy

Compile errors with the linux wallet.. you'll want to fix those.

What kind of mistake do you have?

You need to edit the checkpoints in CryptoNoteConfig.h, the wallet will not sync since each block hash is currently a string of zeroes. I had to manually add "b306fd1954b4051242b2456e951557354dbf65ced37490bfe7ab5fcbec2da819" as a block hash for block 1000 and remove the other checkpoints.

How long will it take for the winidows 64/32 wallet?

ASIC for Cryptonight has not been released yet. Why did you worry too much?
