1097 is my order number. My status is still processing in the webinterface but I emailed them on 10.10 and they told me I am Nr 14 in the queue

When did they tell you they would deliver your order?

I was told "last week of December" (I ordered right at the end of the batch 1 cut-off date).

1. order ID is not the queue position.
2. order are subscribed in the queue only after we receive the payment in our bank or by bitcoin
3. queue position is for devices not for order (ex: order number XXXX have 4 units, he will have 4 queue position)

If you place a reservation queue at 10 Sept. 2013 and pay this order at 07 Nov. 2013 what would you expect ? Your order will fall in December batch or January batch ?

And if you fall in January batch should you expect a 20% of discount ?

The only way to find your queue position and expected delivery date is to ask Bitmine.

If you want to estimate it, you can check the list of orders to find an order paid at a similar time to yours. Also check the Batch 2 orders thread, I'm not sure if your order is Batch 1 or 2.  As I understood it at the time, my order on 31 October was the last of Batch 1... but it may be that Bitmine extended that to some orders paid in November.

Mine says January Week 5 Batch #2, but I've never been given an actual queue number. My order number is 30**

My understanding was that batch 1 orders ended on 31 October 2013, orders in November were batch 2.

Some of the early orders are now being delivered (E, Horrorhorst to name a couple).  What's the best way to keep the first page list updated? I appreciate not everyone will say exactly when they get them.

Thanks for that.  If people can post their Date Shipped and Date Received I will update the OP.  I'll also try to keep on top of people announcing units received in the chat thread (done for E and horrorhorst).  If you spot a unit received announcement, feel free to post it here - makes it easy for me to keep track of updates.

The first day of my CPP was 28.1.2014 according to Bitmine. My order is January week 3. Can't really figure out how they came up with the 28th. Or is Saturday the last day of the week in Switzerland? Then it would make sense (18.1. + 10 days = 28.1.)

My order was collected by UPS on 28. 2., today I was contacted by UPS to fill papers for customs, delivery is scheduled for tomorrow.
 
Bitmine never sent e-mail with tracking numbers :( (but I know them now and from delivery note scanned by UPS I know that my CPP is + 60%).

It's ok, I don't need it - they have previously posted those details earlier in the thread, so having their username is enough for me to update the OP.

That's difficult to understand why people paid on November 28th and got order # 286*, while I have paid 3 days before, i.e. November 25th, but got the order #328*    ???

i think -> they give you a number when they have the money on their bank, some banks are realy slow some are faster....

I paid with bitcoin so they actually had my money on the 28th. Your money might still have been somewhere between banks at the time. But I see you're from Switzerland so that doesn't seem too likely. Maybe you should ask Bitmine what your queue position is. I got an answer in a couple of hours yesterday.

Yes, I chose to pay by bank transfer because I have an account on the same bank as Bitmine, so they received my money on November 26th, and I have also received their confirmation on November 26th that my order's status moved to "Processing".

I've already contacted them by phone and e-mail several times to ask for my queue position but they just reply me to wait additional ten days   :(

Done.  Can you double-check the 600 queue number?  It doesn't fit with the other queue numbers around the time of your order.  I would have expected a queue number around 150.

Udpdated.  I'm not sure how Bitmine calculates CPP for orders that have been upgraded.  Best thing to do is email Bitmine and ask them the question.

Last response from support received on Feb 26 where they claimed that "in the start of the next week your order will be ready for shipping". Since then they did not respond to two further enquiries...

Two 1TH desk units. No CPP unit yet, comes later, don't know when. I guess it's fair to send CPP units a bit later so people can get their actual orders faster.

There's one #220x on the first page of the thread which was delivered in March, ordered on October 13. Mine was ordered two days later so... I can't find any obvious scheme here.

I waited too long to cancel my order and, as expected, a few days before they would have been required to add a second compensation module to my 200GH/s unit, they sent it out. No comment.

The box is loud as my vacuum cleaner and I'm trying for hours to get wifi up and running to move the box out of my living room.
Could have been a cool device, if, yeah if somewhat delivered in time and without all that shady acting of bitmine.

Delivery was due for end of december. It's may now...
Got the notification from bitmine on 24.04, delivery was on 30.04. And Fedex is just stupid, device was lying around for days because they thought "it's not yet due for delivery". One of them were very unfriendly at the phone as well.

I did bother them with update requests each months since February or so. Not sure if this moved me up in the queue, but obviously it looks like the shipping scheme was not first in-first out.

I on other hand tried to stay as invisible as possible so that I could ask for refund as it started to look like the delivery would be very late.
now I have requested for refund and started bothering them with requesting updates for the refund.
Asked today and will ask again on Friday, then Monday, Wednesday, Friday
week after that every day and if refund not given bu then I'll ramp up to 2 times a day.
