It's a fork of QuarkCoin, you can only mine it with cpu atm, so if people actually start to mine it... so will botnets :P

you need to create the .conf file in the %appdata% folder to get connection to the network ;)

Create the frozen.conf in C:\Documents and Settings\User\AppData\Roaming\Frozen?
With this in it?

listen=1
daemon=1
port=18451
addnode=108.175.232.55
addnode=98.242.20.240
server=1
rpcuser=name
rpcpassword=pass
rpcport=18450
gen=1
genproclimit=-1

Yup put that basically in your conf file and it will find a block source.
