It's a fork of QuarkCoin, you can only mine it with cpu atm, so if people actually start to mine it... so will botnets Tongue

Create the frozen.conf in C:\Documents and Settings\User\AppData\Roaming\Frozen?
With this in it?

Yup put that basically in your conf file and it will find a block source.
