"Russia Bans Financial Companies From Bitcoin Transactions." What do you mean? I mean the choice to install a GNU/Linux OS is a decision that is made in the mind and not 'lucky', it is a considered and calculated choice. Buying a PC/laptop and using whatever OS came with it (which usually happens to be a version of windows) is down to 'luck'.
