There are no other costs besides the maintenance fees. After purchase, this year's maintenance (2014) will be paid in full as well as the mortgage. Maintenance for this year (2014) was $1,389.41, you would begin to pay maintenance in 2015. This one allows for 1 week when you use the full 3 bedroom option or 2 weeks (separately or together) if you use the 2 bedroom + 1 bedroom option. This is a platinum season unit which means there are no restrictions on when it can be used. I always took 1 week during the summer and the other during the late fall/early winter.
