After purchase, this year's maintenance (2014) will be paid in full as well as the mortgage.
Maintenance for this year (2014) was $1,389.41, you would begin to pay maintenance in 2015.

This one allows for 1 week when you use the full 3 bedroom option or 2 weeks (separately or together) if you use the 2 bedroom + 1 bedroom option.  This is a platinum season unit which means there are no restrictions on when it can be used.  I always took 1 week during the summer and the other during the late fall/early winter.
