The Coin itself is based on a parody of some sort of a "Pop"-Star, though previously our community has never heard about him previously. Eventually we have found out that Coinye Coin is a parody based on a parody (episode Fishsticks from a television series South Park (Season 13, Episode 5 (Does that make it parody in square?))

In the grand scale of things, they are going after a casino that uses a meme coin which currently has no value.

Lets face it though you guys are in the wrong. He is now associated with something he has no involvement over and for some reason everyone thinks its ok to do it without his permission especially when he is actively opposing it through his lawyers. Regardless of who it is using someones image against there will is just wrong! Anonymity through the internet is not a excuse to be a douche.

Look.  Case and point, you Coinye is plain illegal.  Everything associated with it will have legal issues.  Ask yourself if it is really worth it.  Coinye will never be on Cryptsy so why bother with it.

Starting an online casino is not a parody on a parody so your argument is void. If you made a few pics or a funny program like Southpark that's a different ballgame.
You use images that depict a cartoonish version Kanye West in your casino and thus associating him with your practice. If you had a different logo that would make your case much stronger.
You are actively targeting gamblers and associating it to a parody of Kanye West and thus associating gambling with Kanye West.

Also you're fucking with lawyers who have way more money to burn. Southpark probably has a very good lawyer team too. You probably don't ;)

In my opinion you're cutting it very,very,very close. Let's us know what happens it's an interesting case.

If Kanye West actually got on board with the dev team, helped with marketing and other resources, he could have easily turned the whole thing into a monster with his huge zombie following, putting crypto into every house where a fan lives. Instead once again he proves to everyone he is a puppet, can't think for himself and has zero talent and is probably getting bullied by his lawyers. I hope they extract a large portion of his wealth and lose every case in the process.

As much as I avoid pop culture and media this guy still gets shoved in my face and in my ears and profits off it so he can go fuck himself.
