Dear CryptoCoin users,
Today our team of CoinyeCasino has received a Cease and Desist letter from Kanye West lawyers, you can find it attached. In fact we were quite shocked to receive such note, and be accused of the following, therefore our team wrote an open letter to Kanye and his lawyers which you can find below.
Cease and Desist note

Open Letter to Kanye and Lawyers:
---------

Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you for your interest in our roulette wheel based on a current internet meme Coinye Coin. Our team is not associated with original coin developers in any kind. However here is some additional information that might be to an interest to you.

The Coin itself is based on a parody of some sort of a "Pop"-Star, though previously our community has never heard about him. Supposedly this coin release has spiked a huge amount of interest to the "Pop"-Star you represent. Eventually we have found out that Coinye Coin is a parody based on a parody (episode Fishsticks from a television series South Park (Season 13, Episode 5 (Does that make it parody in square?))

In our Democratic society we highly regard the importance of parodies in every day’s life, and following the importance and sanctity of this rule is the way of our life.

Moreover we would like to say that no further actions will be taken until a personal video on behalf of Kanye West is published in which he kindly asks us to remove roulette wheel based on his geopolitical, religious or any other possible insults, personality damages of any sort or inconveniences this roulette wheel has provided.

Hereafter I have attached a link that leads to your personal account on the CoinyeCasino.com in which I have included a free 2500 CoinyeCoins for you to either play the roulette or to proceed with withdrawings: http://www.coinyecasino.com/?r=gayfish ( 2500 CoinyeCoins are completely available for your personal disposal of any sort you like. Now you can freely enjoy yourself being one of the richest people of the world if overlooked by CoinyeCoin amounts that are available.)

P.S. - We would also want 4 sandwiches from your side. (2 with ham, 1 with salmon and 1 with chicken-bacon)(However note that sandwiches are completely negotiable.)

P.P.S. - In our current jurisdiction cryptocurrencies such as CoinyeCoins do not bear any resemblance to any of the real money assets. However please follow jurisdiction under which you are currently located.

Yours Faithfully,

CoinyeCasino

Great response! LOL!

Although you probably shouldn't have mentioned Kanye by name in the letter, or suggest he personally gets involved. Did you get this letter looked at by a professional lawyer?

Either way. Funny.  Cheesy

I'd say its my current job title I self awarded myself during the writeup of that letter. Sounded a bit more polite than calling myself, the king and queen of cheese eh?

though previously our community has never heard about him previously.

team redundancy team

...and it would be heard of him

I could go on, I'm just pointing out that these things might make you look less clever than you think.

In the grand scale of things, they are going after a casino that uses a meme coin which currently has no value.

Does he even have to be clever?

By not replying to the letter, one could argue , would of been the clever thing to do! Wink

So far I kinda heard about Mr. West(don't know how to write his name). I think that I watched his music video once. To tell you the truth this coin made me investigate who he is and maybe he will be known better in other parts of the world just because of this coin and rumors around it. So if there is something like publicity he seeks in rest of the world this is something he can benefit from.

If anyone was to associate this doche bag with this coin I don't actually think it would help his publicity, more hinder it.

But fuck, he is the greatest mother fucking rock start on the planet and rap is the new rock. So like he should give two fucks.

"lol"

Also, it's not the coins value it's the PR coverage of Kanye, despite the value (Note; I'm not defending Kanye).  The coin has been out for a few days and has (apparently) received some major media outlet attention.  To give them credit they don't know or understand much else about the coin itself.  Replying in such a conceited manner, I would surmise, only adds fuel to it all... and in the grand scheme of things not replying at all would have been very uninformative for Kanye's party.  When you're labeling the coin as having such little value, after a response like that, as if to prove the foolishness of these lawyers, it makes the responding party itself look that much less dignified.  I'm just making a point that it was a too quick of a reply rather than being a thought out one.
