Awesome Just Okay Not Good ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ That is a mail by cryptsy, i filed a ticket say how i lose my coins, even my balance become negtive. They did not deal with it, just do noting, say that problem is resolved. They did not pay back my coins, my lose. Today, When I came to login my account, I only see the words " The user could not be found". Wtf!!!!!!!!!!!! >:( And who can help me, I am so sad. I lost all coins. You can always contact support again until you get a better response - don't give up :)

You can always contact support again until you get a better response - don't give up :) I am really sure they deleted my account, my user name is "linfujun", my user ID and passward are saved in my note book, So first my passward is correct, and even my passward is uncorrect, if they did not delete my account I can found my passward back. But now I can not , becourse the website show the words "The user could not be found".
