That is a mail by cryptsy, i filed a ticket say how i lose my coins, even my balance become negtive. They did not deal with it, just do noting, say that problem is resolved. They did not pay back my coins, my lose. Today, When I came to login my account, I only see the words " The user could not be found". Wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!
And who can help me, I am so sad. I lost all coins.
