Yes I experienced this as well oh well glad I got the promotion and didn't put money I would have had I probably spinned about 400 times and didn't get one single win. Oh well :)

The difficulty factor for the slots is way off. A person should win something at least 1 out of 5 spins even if it is smaller than the bet.

It's not paying, even with wins. I emailed tech support and sent a couple of screenshots showing where there was no pay when it was a win. I spun over 200 times without one single win. Figured I'd try video poker... no luck either.

It seems to be an issue with the difficulty associated with voucher usage, which is NOT supposed to be what you're experiencing. It's definitely not the same with actual deposits, which is odd, so they are fixing it as we speak :)

Yes, it was a matter with the difficulty setting relating to voucher redemption. We are testing and fixing it as we speak, and it only applied to certain games. The fix should be applied to ALL wagers within the next few hours. Anyone who was not properly credited for anything will be receiving credit applied to their account :)

Seems that way. I just logged back in to try again and it's still impossible to hit something. It's also not giving me anything for the bonus rounds that the reels are landing on.

No, it's not!!  But I might as well play on a game that actually allow me to win! It's still not paying for the wilds or scatters; and I have screenshots to show for it. But what you're saying is we need to take screenshots of every error in order to get credit for it? I've only captured one type for the different games I played. I must've hit the scatters 10x this game alone; If I were to take a screenshot for every error, I'd be doing that every other spin.

Nope, not fixed at all. It's crazy to have to do a screenshot of every missed win. I missed quite a bit since I'm not taking shots of duplicate missed wins. here are a couple of screenshots. The only two games that are actually paying are still not properly giving credit. No free spins... no bonus games... nothing. There's no reason for me to exaggerate...

Regarding 100% First Deposit Bonus for casino and sportsbook, player needs to purchase a minimum of $50 in the account currency and wager 10 times the amount of bonus for sportsbook and 20 times for casino before making any withdrawals. A minimum odds of 1.8 is applied to all sports bets. Cancelled bets are not counted to be deducted from wagering requirement amounts. Baseball moneyline, goal lines, asian handicap and financial bets are also not counted for wagering requirements unless specified otherwise.

THat says it only applies to the first deposit bonus, but yes, good point if you are using the first deposit bonus.

Now, it appears a few people are trying to take advantage of the free vouchers, using the codes to generate 100's of fake accounts per hour, and trying to withdrawal funds via our automated withdraw options so unless this ceases, we will have to terminate the free vouchers altogether.

Great, just great people! A few bad apples always spoil it for the bunch. Now those of us who's actually looking for a decent casino has to suffer.

Coinbet, I don't blame you should you decide to cancel the vouchers. But before you do, consider that you're still ironing out kinks and no one will deposit until users confirm everything is working as it should. I can attest that as of the whee early hours this morning they weren't. Perhaps you should just create one time use vouchers. Or better yet... Cancel the vouchers and credit accounts directly. Have the users post their username here. From there, just look at their forum post count. You'll be able to determine new accounts.

Right. I hate that others might miss out because we have people trying to take advantage of the system. Now, some casinos absolutely deserve it, but we should at least give a new one a try first, you know. I truly used my vouchers to gauge likeability; an excellent deciding factor for potential clients. But I it's all gone now due to issues with their system (slots not paying, 100s of spins), not because of this. As I posted in the other thread, we WANT people to be able to play for free if they want to test out our games. Hell, we've even been generous and rewarding with people who played for a long time on the site using the voucher. We just don't want to let people get away with obviously trying to rip us off. The goal here, if it wasn't obvious to some of these people, was to get new players to the website, not to just randomly hand people free money and have them leave and never return. Now, as a result, we are having to implement a new rule that free voucher credits are not eligible for withdrawal unless you have deposited a cash or BTC amount equal or greater than the total of free credits and bonuses, then wagered the total combined amount according to our wager/rollover requirements.

The bottom line is we want people to enjoy our site and be able to make deposits and withdrawals without problems. We handle them quickly, usually within one hour unless they are flagged for further review. We want to provide a seamless and, most of all, enjoyable gaming experience. I'm disappointed that some people wanted to ruin the fun of others, in order to take advantage of us for a fairly small amount of money. It's troubling the extent some people will go to in order to try to pull one over on us for a few extra bucks. Sad, really. Like I said though, live and learn.

We're here, we're learning, and we're adapting as needed. We're not going anywhere, and we hope the TRUE players who want to gamble and play games will appreciate our service.
