Yes, it was a matter with the difficulty setting relating to voucher redemption. We are testing and fixing it as we speak, and it only applied to certain games. The fix should be applied to ALL wagers within the next few hours. Anyone who was not properly credited for anything will be receiving credit applied to their account

Seems that way. I just logged back in to try again and it's still impossible to hit something. It's also not giving me anything for the bonus rounds that the reels are landing on.
