hi guys, just wondering any one can think of the price in USD for one ETH when we reach 2020? and please give some explanation. Your input will be appreciate.

I expect ethereum will be at the same level with VISA scalability in the future. Ethereum has not used PoW again. You can earn passive income from ether network.  I think the price of ethereum at year 2020 will become closely like bitcoin status, and we can see it today on how ethereum function and act like bitcoin, and they are closely a very close competitor coin on cryptocurrency business.

As of today at May 23, 2018 ETH price is 625$. I think in the year 2020 ETH price will cone up to 3000$ or above. I see eth is one of the potential coin in crypto so not impossible for ethereum to reach 3k and up.

I think the ETH price in 2020 has two possibilities. The first could be the price of ETH dropped dramatically because 2 years ahead we do not know how the fate of this crypto community. And the second possibility that the price of ETH will soar and will compete with bitcoin by 2020.

I am sure Etherium will continue it's growth, but it it will not be such a rapid as we saw last year. People tend to think more about what they buy and they bacame more risk averse. My target price for 2020 is approximately $1000

It's literally impossible to predict what it will be tomorrow, let alone in 7 months. $1500 or so wouldn't surprise me though.

We can never for certain what value the eth will be in two years time rspecially now that the market is so crazy and though there has been a little recovery going one, it seems loke the market is going down again. With the rapid flictuations and dips happening, it is harder now to determine the possibe values of a certain coin. Honestly, in the era of cryptocurrencies there are many unexpected surprises and unfortunately we do not know what will happen in the future because the events or situations always change. Furthermore, it is true that Ethereum is the second best currency ( after Bitcoin )  on the market, plus, it is very profitable and has many advantages or  characteristics like, the high value of price, Market cap..., volume and more, but regrettably, we do not know at 2020 what will happen exactly, and the era of digital currencies may will disappear or may their success will develop, but we can give some expectations. I think the possible price of the ethereum in the year 2020 is 10,000 dollars and more. Because on that year maybe ethereum is the next bitcoin. But we don't know what is exact price of the ethereum in the next few years maybe the price decrease but I hope it will increase more again like that price.

I do not think you think right. ETH will definitely survive because it is second in the list for the most profitable crypto currency. It has good liquidity and general acceptability. Besides, ETH had a high price like Bitcoin had last year and is expected to rise again this year as high as $2000. Furthermore, the related benefits of ETH are also counted and the life span of a technology cannot be predicted just by looking at the market price.

Right now the market is only downwards but it's an hight speculative market with little regulation so it will be upwards as soon as somebody with deep pockets buys.
The real factor, at least for me, is the fact a lot of new currency is been written over ETH, so somebody alerted this as a problem, sucking its functionality and making ETH less desirable against other coins written over ETH. I don't know if this is true or another troll news just to make it going down.

I will not exceed my estimate too much so I would say about $4,000 the price of ethereum maybe in the year 2020. That is a high value than now but ethereum just cannot get ahead of bitcoin. Thats a lot of profit if you hold ethereum.

For a possible calculation, i believe that the value for Ethereum for 2020 is $ 60K by analyzing the proportion of the graph that grows 10x per year. However perhaps we may be dreaming or the market may undergo changes, but indenpendent of the changes a value we can consider is $ 10K, this price is comfortable for a currency that is gaining momentum every year.

Predicting the price is always difficult since there are so many things that can happen in such a long time frame but personally I think that a price between 3k and 5k seems reasonable to me but there are other people that think that we could reach higher prices than that, but I prefer to make predictions that are slightly closer to reality since I do not like to depend that much on an extraordinary growth for my coins.

And I think, keeping the past data in mind, ETH might have a general market value of more than $5000. The technology is slowly and gradually expanding like Bitcoin has and it is possible for ETH to get accepted as a mode of payment in top companies in Europe and America. This post made me think about the values of ETH back in 2013 and compare them with the current values of ETH. I think in 2020 ETH would be at the top and it will be one of mostly used currency at that time. People have faith on ETH and every new platform is using ETH. Price I think it would be around 10K$. Why because it is one of the stable crypto currency and have potential to lead the market.

A lot of investors left ethereum to accept bitcoin permanently. Because Ethereum 165 USD was just a big failure for the Ethereum. So, If the crypto bull run starts again and if bitcoin goes to 25-30K USD, then I hope ETH will hit 1500 USD! This is just my prediction, not sure I am right or wrong.

The price of Ethereum will be a couple of thousand dollars, but this is only an opinion, not a fact, since in two years anything can happen to the crypto currency market.

I am sure that it will be much more expensive. We can wait that the price of Ethereum can reach 2 thousand and even more. Probably, it will happen in 2020 or in 2021. However, most of the predictions do not come true.

I think ethereum's price in 2020 will be very expensive because the longer the development of cryptocurrency will be very expensive because of the influence of bitcoin which increasingly depletes its supply, do not be afraid to save ethereum, because ethereum is widely used to create ICOs from ethereum technology.
