Title: btc-e account suspended for no reason Post by: Swof on January 15, 2014, 06:22:50 PM My btc-e account has been banned/suspended for no reason.
I'm a long time member on btc-e and I have a high volume of trades. I have done nothing wrong at all and all I get when I log in is: "You has been banned. (IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)" I have submitted a support ticket but after searching the forums it seems some people have been unable to access their accounts for weeks after this happens. I have a lot of money there and have done nothing to warrant this. What should I do next? I wonder what the reason for the account suspension was... I was telling people in chat to avoid the scam sites, maybe I was banned along with the scammers.

At least you can be fairly sure that the ticket system is not as easy to get hi-jacked by a (for example) disgruntled former employee.
