My btc-e account has been banned/suspended for no reason.

I'm a long time member on btc-e and I have a high volume of trades.

I have done nothing wrong at all and all I get when I log in is:

"You has been banned. (IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)"

I have submitted a support ticket but after searching the forums it seems some people have been unable to access their accounts for weeks after this happens. I have a lot of money there and have done nothing to warrant this.

What should I do next?

I was just talking to them and they asked me to provide:

btc-e id:
btc-e.support: Pass:
btc-e.support: Email:
btc-e.support: Pass:
btc-e.support: Depposit via ?

Why do they need my btc-e password AND my email address password?

and the email address they gave me to respond to was btc-e_support@hotmail.com

I'm not giving them my passwords over skype, or at all.

I hope I can too. I wonder what the reason for the account suspension was... I was telling people in chat to avoid the scam sites, maybe I was banned along with the scammers.

I still don't know if and which skype account is legitimate but some of them seem strange enough,  Roll Eyes

At the moment none of them seems official one. You may test each if you really like and I appreciate the result  Wink
