Can someone suggest some good upcoming ICO's to invest in? I'd rather focus on platform ICO's or on real estate ICO's, but any good token would do. I just have spare altcoins and would like to invest in something worth. Thanks!

It's hard to guess which project will succeed

There are many promising ICO today but it's better if you have your own research and analysis on what ICO you want to invest don't depend on others opinion cause no one can predict what ICO will be succeed and there are many good project that have a potential but in the end they're also failed like others.

Visit any sites with ratings, there you can find summary of many ICO, as a result you can make a shortlist and make research of this ICOs. Do not rely on someone else's opinion, which is often not competent.

I don't think I can recommend you ICO. I don't think you should listen to others' opinions either. ICO is extremely risky after all. Should come by yourself. Even if it fails, there are reasons and experiences. But if you listen to other people's opinions and you do not have supervisory thoughts, then you are not suitable for this circle. I can't recommend because there is no good ico, but if you are interested in, there are so many scam ones I can recommend  :D why don't you invest in coins that are already in the market?

Why not consider Insurance Giants ICO like SURETY.AI, they have good potential and a strong team to drive the price to moon. They have very good future plan and they plan to cover the whole Asian countries in to their single umbrella of AI. You can look on ICO bench and similar to get an info. Try to invest a little into top 5 or 10 from that rating sites, seems wise

Generally, there are so many ICO's, But it depends that in which category you want to invest. If you want to go in the Retail industry then it can be a good option. If everyone in the forum suggests their various ico they invest in, would you invest in them all? Make your own research by going through some ico platforms, read their white paper, make sure their team is exposed, no anonymity in the project and so... I think there are a lot of ico that suits your likes like real estate based investing. yes, the possibility of such a project is far from the action of a scam.

I think ICO's are bad idea to get started with. I mean ICO used to be very good in earlier days (well months  ::)) but now things have got changed a lot. ICO's are getting fishy these days and they dont end up the deal until the last moment. Thats the saddest part of it.  :P

I wish I could have told you any ICO very easily and with full confidence that, yes this one will work and you should follow this. However I will suggest you that you should focus on the coins which are already listed on the crypto currency market and thus available for the trade. You can make big money out of them when they are listed and are in the early developmental phase. Why do you want to take recommendations on where to invest? Dont you know how to find a good one at least based on your research and observations?
