Coinbase – Coinbase is one of the most popular bitcoin exchange on the market serving millions of users daily. The site is built in a way that the begginers can easly navigate through the platform quickly. The Coinbase interface is very intuitive and easy to use. The trading is always at a click or two away, with excellent website speed.

The company offers fantastic mobile products for iOS and Android, with probably the best Bitcoin exchange apps on the market today.

The apps provide full functionality of the website-based exchange and require two-factor authentication combined with email verification. It allows pin locking and a unique feature which lets users disable the app at a distance in case the device is lost or stolen. Buying and selling is very easy on the platform and there is also a lot of walkthroughs are available on their site if you are stuck at any point during the process.

On top of what netadacadug said regarding Coinbase, I'd recommend that exchange as well for an extra reason and that is Gdax.

You can definitely start off with Coinbase, get used to a bit of trading, but once you're comfortable, you can very easily move over to Gdax.com (a part of coinbase) and get into real trading. The pairs that they have are limited (BTC/LTC/ETH/BCH and fiat (USD, EUR and a bit of GBP), but for the newbies, that's great as there wont be as much confusion as to what crypto to trade.

Once you've got the hang of things, look at IDEX or Radarrelay for Ethereum token trading, or Binance for pretty much all trading.

I have no exchanger recommendation, because all platforms of any cryptocurrency exchanger are equally at risk, no matter if they are already regulated or not.
So, let us reflect in 1 minute. People who open this trading platform (Poloniex, Kraken, BitFinex etc.) They do not do it for social purposes or for reasons why they want to contribute to society. Their full purpose is simply just for profit.
if the market is a cryptocurrency is quiet where the rise and fall stable .. they create a panic is so as to trigger the activity of selling and buying from traders and they they (exchangers) benefit from our transaction fee ..
Not to mention our money in the wallet exchanger not necessarily guaranteed security because of the many hackers who want to hack platform exchanger.
So whatever exchangers are used, Use cryptocurrency platform for buying and selling activities only and do not make as a place coin your cryptocurrency. They are like a time bomb that will explode at any time.

What coin you are going to start trading with because lot of exchanges have different trading pairs so you need to select which coin you are going to buy and sell and the pick the exchange based on that and also you need to take consideration about the exchange fees because some have high fees so you need to hae enough capital to cover the expenses while doing the trades.

I do not think anyone can just select an exchange for trading.
I believe exchange selection varies for the type of token you want to trade ? and the exchange it is been traded.

There are several exchanges such as binance, idex, hitbtc, huobi and lots more.

Best is to buy Bitcoins on simple exchanges to buy with fiat like Coinbase (https://www.coinbase.com/) and afterward move those BTCs to Binance (https://coincodex.com/exchange/binance/) and trade altcoins there.

I am not recommend to trading for beginners because peoples are ready to invest in crypto they don't know how to choose the legit platform. So my suggestion is you should choose some projects then ask the queries in this forum because number of experts are available in this forum so we find easily in best platform. So choose the coin then analyse the convenient exchanges is the right way to pick for beginners.

If you are a beginner or pro doesn't matter. Binance is the best exchange for everyone. Because binance has good 24 hour volume. Then easy to make a trade and there is a lot of top coins from coinmarketcap. Binance has a good security too. But my personal opinion is to learn something about trading before you invest money.

For beginners if you want to trade, you must have basic knowledge about Bitcoin trading. for example, if you buy Bitcoin don't be in a hurry, look at the price movements on the Chart to find out the current price, if the chart shows red then look at the price is going down. take advantage of these price reductions. but you must choose a coin that can be relied on, don't just choose a coin.

One way of deciding the best cryptocurrency trading exchange to use is to check the reputation of that exchange, secondly the security of the exchange matters a lot, I want to use this opportunity to recommend two most powerful cryptocurrency exchanges that have reputation and security; they are https://kucoin. com and  https://coinbene.com, however carry out a due diligent search on them to ascertain their validity. Thanks

Binance would be the better exchange for the beginner but it completely depends on what coin you are going to trade, just pic the best exchange with high volumes which can be easier for you to complete your trade in less time.

Sometimes it seems to me that IDEX is the second Binance, every day a large number of tokens pumped up on this exchange. With proper preparation you can earn a good money. It's bad that traded there only ERC-20 compatible tokens, and the withdrawal sometimes takes a long time.

Definitely you should choose the exchange platform that you trade on carefully. You need to consider the following things;

1. The Country where you reside in

2. Check on the security measures and other policies. see www.bbod.io (http://www.bbod.io) for example

3. User-friendliness and Customer support

4. Public image of the exchange

This is really interesting since many of the members  including myself are getting confused during trading , maybe because every trading site have different steps and systems , so this is not only for the beginners but also for all interested parties, and I appreciate this ICO in which this is the first time I heard a trading simulation contest .

Depends on where you live. If you live in a place like USA or China than there are big places like coinbase and binance for you. However, if you live in a place where no major exchange exists than the best way to approach bitcoin as a beginner is use a local website.

Each country has their own bitcoin-fiat exchange however small it is, that way you can definitely start getting some bitcoin and still be capable of changing it back to cash quite easily. If you live in a country where coinbase can't send money than there is no point of having an account there considering you are just starting out.

For me the best trading exchange will be hitbtc. There are a lot of coins listed and upcoming coins that will be listed on hitbtc will never have problems in volume because there are a lot of traders on that exchange. Also, you will never have to wait for your coin to be purchased (as long as the price is reasonable) because there are a lot of bids even if the coin just hit the listings. Happy Trading.

Yes maybe you can used that exchange, but of course you need to study first on how to used it. There's a lot of popular exchange site that you may used especially for all beginners binance and Coinbase maybe easy to use. Just analyze first.

having learn the pros and cons of trading, you need to be sure you are ready and prepare for both the good and the bad. crypto trading is not like HYIP where you wanna make passive income. in case you are holding a particular crypto and you wanna trade it then you first need to know where the crypto is being traded. This will give you intuition of where to sell your crypto. in case you wanna trade generally, then you can get registered on big exchange platform like Binance. see coinmarketcap for list of exchange and daily trading volume

before suggesting the right exchange for you we have to ask some questions like
1- is your coin trading in that exchange?

2-  Do you know how to trade in exchanges?

3- Can you cope with the huge tx fees of some exchanges?

with these questions you can lookup some top exchanges in coinmarketcap

I think every exchange can be a learning material for you, huh. there are many choices. but the most important thing is not where you trade, but how you can get involved and benefit from trading. that is the point, so the point is you have to find out about crypto trading.

I think all the exchanges are the same, the difference may be just a fee because some exchanges make very large fees like bancor, I suggest trading in poloniex or binance, in addition to the many altcoin options, both also have a fantastic total supply, making it easier we are for scalping

If you want to begin trading, just start with some coins with few amounts but high volume.
Use some easy centralized exchange like hitbtc, the requirement for register is not that complicated.
You must choose a good exchange, which can process your deposit and withdrawal quickly if you want to trading.

At the moment, almost all crypto-currency exchanges have a fairly simple functionality, which even a child can cope with. Decentralized exchanges seem more complicated to me, but 10 minutes is usually enough to get acquainted with it. For novice traders and investors, I would advise Binance.

As a beginner, you should learn about crypto trading and create some account in popular exchangers like Binance, HitBTC, Bitfinix,  BitForex,  Liquid etc. You should analyze the everyday market and develop your skill. Then deposit your asset in your favorite exchangers who have secure and good volume and start your treading.

Bittrex actually do have a lot of processes nowadays for new beginners than binance. At least, to the best of my knowledge you really will not need a KYC to start trading on Binance and you will have access to a maximum of 2btc withdrawal per day which I believe is good enough.

Binance is actually a very good choice for low fees anyway, but whichever way, as long as the exchange is reputable and you can trust being on the exchange, I do not think there should be any issue and most especially when you know what you are doing as a trader.

Title: Re: Trading exchange for beginner?
Post by: httpb on September 27, 2018, 09:20:21 AM
I would suggest https://tradesatoshi.com/ and the main reasons for it are:

  • There is volume on it, but not too much volume, where you are competing with the trading bots. When I started to use exchanges, it was frustrating to me when I made an order and then next second, someone's trading bot immediately beat my order by 1 satoshis.
  • The mininum trade amount is low. Some exchanges require you to put minimum order of 0.001 BTC or 0.0005 BTC. When you start and just want to experiment, it's better to do with exchanges that don't require you to put a lot on a single order. With TradeSatoshis, the minimum BTC order is 1000 satoshis.
  • You can also choose from many markets, not just BTC market. It has DOGE, LTC, ETH markets for example. There, the minimum order can be even lower. With DOGE market for example, it is just 1 DOGE.

One of the downside of this and also many other exchanges is high BTC withdrawal fee, Solution for this is to find the exchange with low BTC withdrawal fee that you are comfortable with and then move the funds using some other currency. DOGE coin is perfect for this. Low fees and almost every exchange supports it.

There are two types of crypto exchanges in the market, Decentralized exchanges, and centralized exchanges.

Centralized exchanges which are you have to create an account first in order to start trading, there are some centralized exchanges that need to pass the KYC (Know your customer). before you are going to use their exchanges.

List of some famous centralized exchanges:

Binance
Bittrex
Bitfinex
Coinbase
Kraken

List of some famous decentralized exchanges:

Idex
Etherdelta
Airswap
Waves
Bancor protocol

But of course, you should make some research first in order for you to avoid any problems.

If you plan to trade at the exchanges, then have to understand everything. The beginner should not choose the exchanges too heavy they are in the first top5. For a start try to trade at the decentralized exchanges, but do not trade on etherdelta, for beginners it бyeдт in too difficult. The simplest seems to me idex.

maybe you can trade on binance or local exchangers in your country. many good exchangers, binance, bittrex, idex, the method is also the same, it's hard to predict prices.
if you are smart at predicting prices, you can trade on any exchangers. good luck

I think IDEX can be a good choice to try learning to do a trading, as long as you don't open some fake sites that usually created to trick people to enter their private key.

Can anyone suggest me for trading exchange because there is lot of exchanges are available,i m little confused so please suggest me the best trading exchange.
I recommend you binance.com This is a very good exchange, the operation is very simple, I have always used this exchange. If you are planning to start your first transaction, maybe I will recommend you ADA. This is a very good coin, and the price is very cheap now, you can try it a little.
This time a lot of coins have been getting suspended on their withdrawals service. I suggest OP to not use binance right now. Just try to search another alternative exchange site for binance just like OKEx, but as far as i know that will have the different feature than binance

It all depends on the token or coin. You just can't have only one exchange. If you know the token you want to trade, then go to Coinmarketcap to see where it is trading and the higher liquidity. But if it's to trade generally, I'll recommend Binance, Bittrex and for newer coins Bitforex and Idax.

Binance is a good option for beginner to start trading and there are many coins that available so he can choose the coin. And if he wants to trade his token, then I suggest using idex market because you will easily to trade and you can find a various coin in that site. But be careful when you log in to idex market, make sure you can save your private keys.

According to me, Binance will be the best choice for beginners because of the listed coins are good and you will not get trapped in any shit coin. You will have fewer coins but no of shit coins are very less.
Binance so far has always been a very good choice both for beginners and professionals alike. It is a reputable exchange and a good interface to trade on. However, it is not like it is the only best place to trade on as there are so many other reputable exchanges as well, but what matters most is to be able to find some strategy to trade because without it, no matter the exchange, the same fate of failure still awaits someone without a great knowledge of trading.

Binance is a good one, there are a lot of coins there so you have a good number of coins to choose from if you are investing. Also cryptopia is a pretty good exchange for beginners as the interface is pretty straightforward and easy to understand. The coins listed there are not as much as those on binance but they have a good number of coins

Definitely avoid trading at the exchanges that are easiest to use, sure you might be able to use it easily, but you definitely won't be getting the features that you absolutely must have as a trader, such as excellent volume, selection of coins and protection against pump groups. Spend an hour or so reading into how ordering works, e.g. limit orders, stop losses buy/sell orders, market makers/takers etc before you enter this world.

With low fees and really not so complicated approach to get your exchange wallet it is right move to go from ForkDelta. There is not so complicated looks and order books are quite okay- understandable. After that i quess that you will find your own way to go furher benefitial trading with of course higher fees but then i also quessing that you will have more money for that kind of luxctury.

If you are a beginner and you do not have much experience in trading, I recommend using the Binance platform. It is easy to use and has an easy to understand interface for the most novice. Binance has the advantage of having just listed good coins and there are extremely few shitcoin coins here. Besides Binance, you can also use Coinbase and Bittrex.

There are various crypto exchanges in the crypto space with different exchanges addressing different kinds of challenges crypto traders faces. One thing you need to do is that you need to know the trading tools you require to trade effectively and of which you possesses, if any of your research crypto exchanges you discovered have these trading tools then you can pick up that exchanges and trade , for example not all exchanges features trade margin,so if you are interested in trading margin then you look for that exchange that have that features.

Can anyone suggest me for trading exchange because there is lot of exchanges are available,i m little confused so please suggest me the best trading exchange.

For newbies, the best "exchange" is a investment platform that is not an exchange, with established coins.
CoinBundle (https://app.coinbundle.com/signup?ref=GbilASc06z9MvDBxOoBlc4iDCT3uw2odDfb157vwFMN3GHFGvr9JHCU0tfIjGDd7%2B%2BZh6JWGaICw%2FTDG68Y5Sku2Ch8h4QNka6BLCSOm4hs%3D) haves the top 20 coins (securer than exchanges, that haves lots of coins that are like gambling), its easier, haves no fees for service/trading, no need to choose coins but to choose an already done portfolio to invest, withdrawal to bank, and low fees on deposits/purchases from bank cards (accepts both VISA and MasterCard).
It has been also featured some times as top writer on Medium.
Commonly the best bundle for beginners is the Conservative, that is basically about Bitcoin and Ethereum. With some research you could also take a look at Emerging and Coinbasic.
Don't take my words as what exactly you need to do, but do your own research, know about CoinBundle (https://app.coinbundle.com/signup?ref=GbilASc06z9MvDBxOoBlc4iDCT3uw2odDfb157vwFMN3GHFGvr9JHCU0tfIjGDd7%2B%2BZh6JWGaICw%2FTDG68Y5Sku2Ch8h4QNka6BLCSOm4hs%3D) before joining it.
Please reply about what you think

That actually depends on which coin are you interested to buy. Check CMC for you to see on which exchange you can use. For me, the only difference is the volume and coins listed to it. Or you may wait for membrana, this is a new exchange that will be launched this year and currently theyre on pre sale.

Many new exchanges emerge and we should not put our trust in new exchanges because the risks will be very high and we cannot be sure what will happen next. If you are a new investor, you should choose the top exchanges such as Huobi, Binance, Bitfinex because these are exchanges that are highly appreciated by everyone.

Before you join in the trading market, i suggest you to learn about the trading itself otherwise you will lose your money because you failed on it. Before you purchase some cryptocurrency you have to learn about it, read the whitepaper, roadmap and if possible find the partner. You have to watch and keep monitor the currency progress (the up and down). Read the progress from some source such as coinmarketcap , after you get all the information and then you can start trading, for example on idex and etc.

Totally agree with your statement but regarding membrana, you may see that it is not just another exchange that will scam people they even have a trading competition to test their exchange which is actually a good training ground for newbies. In my end, I prefer binance or even cryptopia.

You can try to start trading on the EXMO exchange.  I believe that the above stock exchange deserves high marks both in terms of security and support services.  You can also instantly exchange coins at the current rate without creating orders.  Cryptocurrency withdrawal does not require KYC, but FIAT requires mandatory verification.

We have two types of exchange centralize exchange and a decentralize exchange for me I refer to decentralize exchange all do most of the DEX is not user-friendly but it is the most secured exchange compare to centralize exchanges. It is always good to buy altcoins at the exchange that gives the best rate.

I found Coinswitch is the best cryptocurrency exchange (https://coinswitch.co/) that gives the best rate for trading.
Crypto is getting stronger every day and has a huge potential to make a profit. The situation like this now brings us to always Invest and trade in it. It is very good that the crypto market is so dynamic that I am interested in trading in it.

You can ask in your local forum how to make an account at local exchange, unless you use english then it's not problem you choose binance or bittrex for your trading place.

The fact is that today the interest in the cryptocurrency market is not too large, since the prices are already very small. Of course, if you trade large amounts of your assets, then the interest can be quite tangible.
