New ethereum fork named etherinc was introduced as a better ethereum:

• reducing block time from 15s to 6s, which improved:
 • network transaction per second by 2.5x
• transaction confirmation speed by 2.5x
• miner reward by 2.5x
• removing uncle reward
• implementing finite supply for mineable coins

 Do you think it is better now to invest in ETI than ETH?

Maybe you could tell us what are it's main advantages over original one? As far as I could get they only made some modifications regarding the block time and mining rewards?

This is just another fork that has nothing to offer to the market anyway. ethereum has proven that it is a valuable coin. As for this so called new for coin, I have never heard of it, this is the first time I am hearing about it which can only mean one thing, it is just another scam coin with  a bunch of scammers are trying to use to make money off of unsuspecting investors.

I don't think so since Eth has lots of supporters just like BTC even if there are lots of forks that has been done still people who believes in the technology will remain loyal to it specially those people who have made lots of profit from it. Eth has shown good performance in the market few years back and we'll just have to wait what the market will say regarding their respective prices.

Well ethereum has a lot of forks so I don't see this alt taking ethereum place. Do not invest into this type of altcoins as most of them just want to grap easy money from guys who are investing before thinking.

If the main advantage new fork is name only then answer is definitive - no chance  :D And in other cases answer will same. I don't sure that EOS will the actual competitor for ETH. And what do you say about some fork?

It is not enough for you t just mention a coin without giving some reasons why you feel it is better. I feel no matter how good the fork of Ethereum that is created, Ethereum itself will still be among the foremost coiun\s that we have in the crypto space. For the new fork, I think there is no chance against Vitalik's main branch. To believe in the fact that the new fork can become more important, then let them sound what may attract funds to their side, but they do not have such, and can not be. I believe that the main version is stronger.

Pertaining to whether it is better to buy or not, i would say yes because it is cheap and if they succeeded and attain the level which ethereum is currently then it is going to be a good deal haven said that do background check on the project before you purchase the coin.

I believe etherinc is a good to invest considering their product/system already functional. I think ETI have the potential because etherinc have a clear purpose in the blockchain technology. It is too early to judged that etherinc can replace ethereunm because ethereum is the mother and is more popular. I think to invest in both ETI and ETH is the better option.

I think this fork is not different from every other fork that has taken place. All most all the fork were intended to make money from investors and nothing more. They have never leaved up to expectations.

Absolutely right, ETI is not yet in coinmarketcap because it is an ongoing ICO.

First, ETH has many forks.
But most forks have only one fate, To zero.

It's not possible. We have seen a lot of these projects come out to claim faster block time, lower transaction fees but these are mere fantasies. Until we see it happen, nothing will change. It will probably be another coin that shouldn't have been released.

I don't think that Etherinc is better than Ethereum, ethereum has proven their potential, based on what I know that coin forks don't always promise because they need a long process to go beyond the original coins. different from ethereum which has been proven as a whole on the market.

this post was created on may 29 2018. up till now i have never heard or seen any feature of the new coin. probably. the fork was not successful. Maybe it is another coin that forked not ethereum which has remain strong.

First time I read about this new coin, I'd like to know who are the people behind this forked, we have read so many duplicates, fork of Ethereum they do ICO and run away with investors money or running away dumping their share in the market, I'd like to see how they are going to implement this.

Those are the theories presented on paper, I joined the bounty of this project since they called ICO capital. The project was not very successful when calling ICO capital, etherinc development team is also very normal. How can you compare etherinc with ethereum? Did you really learn about etherinc? Another coin who wants to replace ethereum, first of all this coin is not popular and I did not know about this coin because the potential coin is mostly potential and most of fhe trade know that. So there is no reason to compared etherinc to the ethereum because obviously ethereum still win and I believe most of the coin is more potential compared to the Etherinc I think even I did not do some research to this.

Even after one year I am not aware of that hardforked coin until found this one which is enough to say that ethereum is not going to replaced by those shit hardforks.

I don't think that altcoin will replace ethereum, ETH has a lot of supporters than ETI, this new altcoin has listed in 2 exchanges only so there is no chance to beat ethereum.

Heard of this project last year, but been a while or rather since this year have not heard anything from them nor the growth they have made so far. That is, if truly the platform has what it takes to replace ETH the news will be all over the crypto space.

"better ethereum" is not enough of a marketing strategy if you ask me. You can do everything in your power to make a better ethereum but at the end of the day ethereum exists and this is just an ICO with a promise.

First ethereinc needs to exists, it needs to come out of ICO stage, needs to actually get people to use it and actually work much better than ethereum. It will have a forever battle with ethereum but also all other coins as well and in the end if it is really better than ethereum and all others than it will have a chance.

However, remember that bitcoin is not the best coin technically speaking, there are coins faster, cheaper, can do more and still much less than bitcoin. Being the number one (or number two for ethereum) worths more than what you can technically do. People prefer something that is already established then bet on something with a future promise.

Team of Etherinc is not that focused on the product some of their investors already lose interest in it and sell their assets already. Though the project still has the potential to have a great price if team will just be focus and give updates to their community regularly. The answers is right there infront of you and it takes deep thought to see it ,I will say it out ,bitcoin for example can't fix many problems like faster transactions and cheaper transfer fees but still no coin or token has power to take over bitcoin ,get it now? I think this is impossible. After so many years of development, ETH has reached the current level. Due to some shortcomings of ETH, it cannot be said that it replaced ETH. For example, bch, bcd, etc., I have not seen anyone say to replace BTC. This is the same reason.

I don't think this is ever possible. Just like Bitcoin, ETH itself has grew tremendously over the year thus accumulating loads and loads of knowledge so as to remian relevant while offering a scalable blockchain. This year alone we know of the advances ETH is making and that's what shows how reliable and efficient ETH team is.

I think that there is still potential for ethereum not just because investors know it or top 2 in coinmarket can tell if ethereal is better because of its good purpose and project which will be even more important when it comes to a big day the overthrow of ethereum has been a lot of support but they still do not lose hope that someday the price of ethereum will increase even if you plan to invest in altcoins there are many altcoins yet longterm and you can potentially choose the coinmarket.

I do not believe that a noname coin is going to replace the most powerful altcoin in the history of crypto currencies. Ripple tried, but failed a lot of times and in my opinion if ETH continues to grow, there would be no altcoin that would be able to compete with Ethereum.

Last time i heard the coin name, they were scam coins like : Ethereum nova, ethereum classic vision.

Funny enough I have not heard much about this coin and now it will replace a coin like ETH.
Most times, I think the reason why we get scammed is that we fail to study these projects to know if the goals are achievable or not. How can a coin like this replace ETH? How experienced is the team? How long have they been in the crypto space? Questions like this will really save a lot.

If a strong coin, like Ripple has not yet beaten Ethereum, there will be no chance for other altcoins to beat Ethereum, in my opinion. I could be wrong at this, but Ethereum is so strong altcoin, and it has very strong community behind it. It is likely a sweet achivement after years of hard works and lots of efforts to prevent and deal with technical issues on the ETH network. The ETH network has lots of usages by now, that is another plus point to think of solid position (the second one) in crypto for Ethereum.

I think that the fork you mentioned is not worthy of attention at all. Or are you aiming to create a hype around it at the expense of the forum?

I agree. Also, just because Etherinc has a similar name to Ethereum it does not mean that Etherinc will overpower the old Altcoin.

If you go to coinmarketcap you will find 2000 cryptocurrencies that are "better" in specifications. But, that doesn´t matter.
Ethereum was created in 2015, it is easy to create better solution today, but community now care more about stability and security.
