he is so wrong saying first fiat currency collectors item. First of all afaik, Fiat means currency authorized by government. Which i don't see to be the case. This is more like Polymerbit Emergency Notes that has fund in them attached to a code(token in this case). Also funny how Death of McAfee will make those notes invalid for monetary rewards. Aside all that, seems fun- would love to have few of them for sure :D EDIT: Interestingly, you need to visit Mexico to verify and then to US to meet McAfee. Is it like reward to meet McAfee?
