I hope that its price can move higher & break above $0.95 in late December. As you can see Ripple has tumbled more than 70% of its ATH and it's one of the worse coin in the recent dumping market. The reason is mainly explained by SEC's accusation. According to SEC's document, SEC accused XRP of constituting “securities and may not be lawfully sold without registration with the SEC or pursuant to an exemption from registration."

This year its tough for BTC to reach cross that target which is why it is almost impossible for XRP to cross $5. Apart from that XRP has been releasing more number of coins every few years which further decreases the overall price and hence the price won't cross over a few dollars in the upcoming years. Considering it's a centralized system backed by a company and beholden to all the standard laws and regulations there's always going to be significant friction. The company holds a ton of XRP back and can dumpster the market pretty easily and pretty much whenever. It's really dangerous imo.

I think that we will see a bull run yet this year, but I don’t see any way that #3 coin in market cap will 10 times in price.
