What we targeted?

 - through a P2P Network (Network of "Cells") backed crypto - Charm. 100 Charm = 1 Kiss ... Kiss ("Csók" vagy "puszi" in hungarian language) is a "natural" physically form of our asset :) We accepts it :D already.
 - support of clear barter, a ledger (Vortexledger) without "general" equvalent - an economy - without moneysystem :D  
      ((A 'No' Money with a 'No' DB for our 'No' Republica ... For 'No' Nuclear - of course. To reserve our Gaia for our children. More can you read through links in the third post.)).
 - Charm will be a "multi"-ledger asset.
 - Dorothyum - a "multi"-ledger DApp - an auctionshaus for everything.
 - The DApp's on our economy will produce a revenue in Charm (or in tokenized things (i.e. oil, water, working power, ...) later). We will share this revenue
      - to the owners of Charm,
      - to the Custodian's in Cell's, (( a woman can take i.e. a colored stone or diamond ring from a man, and she can earn with it! The man also! :) ))
      - to Owner's in Cell's, and
      - to some Funds, acting for Gaia.
      - maybe for support and development with some Kisses :) also ...
 - As first, we choiched Byteball Ledger because
      - it is GREEN!!! No wasting of computing power!!!!!!
      - the new form of the Ledger (it based on DAG!!!),
      - the new form of smart contracts (more better as solidity...),
      - and the possibility for chat bot's
 ...

What is workig already?

 - Charm already listed on the Byteball Ledger's Exchange bot!!! You can buy it freely.
 - We backs Charm already through some valuable. We "tonenize" this valuables at this time - later we tokenize everything, what will be offered and accepted...
 - we don't use servers more, we using gun.db already

Important information about the "Exchange Bot" on the Byteball Ledger:

If you type 'book' then you don't see the right sizes (Standard Sizes)...
They are mostly cumulative values - they shows a cumulative value for more similar smart contracts, oft with
different amounts and some prices. It is a luck, if they shows only one smart contract.

Charm has 6 decimals. How should we calculate then the Standard Sizes?

We need sometimes to travel, to meet each other, to establish this P2P "central"bank for Charm. Later, as the bot tested, everybody can join to our P2P "central"bank, with any valuables. As bot do the job, it will be produce income - and then the valuables behind produce income to cells and owners of Charm (and many more, see first post) also.

OK. I'm not that interested in altcoin projects about valuables to be honest, but I am a supporter of Byteball so by default I would really be interested to see a project working on DAG specifically Byteball, which I support (and not IOTA, which I don't support).

I'm still trying to understand the concept though. I saw one of the auctions closed without a bid, so I think people also need to understand it more. Why would I want to bid for a share of an emerald, esp when starting is at 0.5 BTC? Could you help explain?

Many thanks for you - for interesse about our project on Byteball Ledger. Many thanks for your work to understand it. Just ask questions, it is good for me also, to see, what was not good written, what was not enough detailed.

I stopped this two auctions, because of lack of any interesse. I got this two jewerlies, and started a trip around europe, to get some money for our development. The remained auctions has also no interesse - but it isn´t because price, I think, it is because this project is very unique, nobody knows, what will be happens, how can somebody invest in, when and what a profit will be made.

I think for this emerald 0.5 bitcoin a good price. Just consider the option - to build a cell.

Later Dorothyum will produce profit.
Every Cell will have a Stake in Dorothyum. Every Cell will be honored because this Stake.
At the beginning Charm is cheap. i.e.:

(some valuables before the emerald i.e.: 150000 USD)
divided by 1 000 000 000.

0.00015 USD (a ~hunderst of a cent)

The emerald has a value (~3100 USD) - it is possible to back some Charm with this emerald. 3100 USD / 0.00015 USD = 21 000 000 pieces of Charm. But at this time the price of Charm is fixed to Byteball - more cheaper, as before in this bear-market. We waiting for the first trades...
And the "Cell Value" is a decision of cell members at this time. We used above 40 000 000 Charm as Cell Value i.e.

Later it will be added many valuables.
Later will be Charm more expensive. Because more valuables behind. The emerald and then valuables more as 10 000 000 USD i.e.

If it will be offered a new emerald - Charm will have a bigger price:

((some valuables before the emerald i.e.: 150000 USD) +
(the value of the first emerald i.e. 3100 USD) +
10 000 000 USD)
divided by 1 000 000 000.

It is ~1 cent. (0.0101531)

If we take a new emerald with same value (3100 USD), and we made a new cell - the Cell Value will be more smaller. 3100 USD / 0.010531 = 300 000 Charm

The first Cell will be earn more as the second Cell (the base is the Cell Value for every Cell):
40 000 000 / 300 000 = ~133 x more. In percents: 13300 % more !

On an effective market a such attribute will be rewarded...... But it is a start of the market - no such reward will be made - I think. But later...

really confusing intro, maybe an animated explanation video would be really helpful for the general public to understand what it is you are trying to do.

We would like to let it test in this month - the first steps. It is better as an animated video. Or? :) To try it, and feel it. Please see our planned development steps in the second post at this time.
And - you can try Byteball. It is our first Ledger, where we working on our auctonshouse - Dorothyum. You can install it, try it, try chatbot's, ... It is a very good devlopment, we think.

What should I say about Charm?

- It has a fair value - you will get this value, if the project should be closed - i.e. The values behind Charm backs the amount on the market - any time. We published two times, and we working on a solution, to show it in every time. A kind of informations about Charm...
- It is on the crypto market. You can buy it. The market has a value - allways. Maybe more, maybe less as the fair value.
- It is only a small amount reachable for the market at this time. Later it will be organised other ICO's for Charm on other ledgers... We reserved the amount already. And if the market needs more Charm - we are able to issue any time new amount - from our reserves. Of course with new values behind Charm - paralell... Maybe with new custodians. Maybe with other kind of values. Not allways jewelry. Why not?
- It is usable as bitcoin. You can use it in smart contracts on the byteball ledger - if you wish.

- we don't say - it is everything ready. We are reached a milestone - Charm is already a well backed and well usable crypto! It was only in a small portion distributed - and it is enough at this time. Just try it :)
- we devepoling agile. This is a milestone - we show, what we planned, already working - of course with a reduced set of requirements. But usable. Maybe more better, as i.e. a paper money - i.e.: bitcoin :) or USD :D

Charm is at this time a kind of "private" money. A money for a little group of people. For a family or a small organisation. They know each other well..... They trust in the issuer, they knows everything about the possibilities in this small group. Where can we find such crypto's in the coinmarketcap.com ? No similar "big" projects... I was in Vienna on Tuesday. We met with Arthur Pendragon.
We met in the small pub, as at the last visit, in a pizzeria - Toto, we drinked and speaked some words.

Yes. We decided to left in the treasure table some other old cells also, with the same cell value as before.

We was able to reorganize the cells, what we control. It shows, this system is very flexible. Every cell able to reorganize itself, only constrain are the members,

I visited some mineral-fair in Hungary (Ásványbörze) and in Germany (Mineralbörse). Budapest and Munich. I visited Salzburg and Vienna also.
It was interesting.

We started an AIRDROP... Not only coins. Stones and jewelery mostly... I gived some cheap stones already to others as airdrop to establish some new cells.

We have ~4-5 new cells in Hungary (some member not decided yet to join or not),  
Two people - living in Germany - from India decide to join also.
A woman in Vienna (she was with a well known gemologist from Vienna there) got a cell also. She is custodian and owner at this time for this new cell with an amethist (this stone already identified on the OByte Ledger). The gemologist, an other man from Vienna, and I was there also as eyewitnesses. I am well identified on the OByte Ledger.

I met in Salzburg with Merlin and in Munich with Arthur Pendragon (we met on the "Hackerbrücke"), they said I got a good direction with this airdrop to make our new 'No' Money more known and more distributed as ever.

I met with Tattypoo also. She was beautiful and very kind with me as allways, she gived me some hints about our ~11 ct Emerald, he told me the true value of this stone, and I searched later a new custodian for the Emerald.

Technically we removed the first cell, we searching an auction house or similar to sell this stone - to support our development. I placed my Ford Galaxy (it has more value at this time as the true value of our ~11 ct Emerald) to replace the first Cell (this change was already done in the treasure table). We think, the treasure table contains at this time more possibilities and more values as before. It is more diversified (geographically and as valuable-art also). We are planning to give more airdrops to other peoples.

Somebody asked, how can she / he take from me some working hours only, if it is not the whole offered amount needed. I answered, that she / he should pay (up to 10 hours) the cell value divided by the whole reserved working hours and above 10 hours, she / he should calculate with the instant price, of course divided with the whole reserved amount working hours of me. From 10 hours up to 50 hours she / he get 20% discount from the instant price. 50-100 hours get 10% discount in the similar way. If you needs more hours - you should get the whole offered amount.

Beautiful womans searched to get some small and cheap stoned silver jewelery - it exists only some condition... ( I know - every woman can be beautiful :) if she it wishes )
  she should well identified on the OByte Ledger (we help, if needed - we support everybody technically, if needed...),

I am just arrived from Paris...

I was in Vienna (for some hours), in Munich (only for some minutes) also. I met with Arthur, Merlin and Tattypoo.
From Arthur and Merlin I got some hints. Tattypoo gave me the Emerald back. I left it with many valuables in a safe in Vienna in a secure place.

Arthur Pendragon decided about the Emerald. He don't let Tattypoo to sell it. I must place the Emerald back to the first place in our treasure table - with a corrected real value, what Tattypoo defined through some offers, she got agains the Emerald. It should express the some value, as my 600 working hour has. That was the decision of Arthur Pendragon.

Merlin gives me an envelope - he said, it contains every information about the personality of he and about Arthur Pendragon. I should hold this envelope in the some safe in Vienna, where I also storing valuables for our projects.
They will inform me, if they approve me to share the informations written in the envelope.

I am very  very curious, but I left the envelope - closed - in Vienna, in our safe, as it was wished.

Csaba decided to check Blockstack.

I follow the Blockstack project since its start. It was a very interesting Ledger, without any money. The destination was a new kind of internet with some privacy and legal support of the users. I trying to install a new setup on my debian, I used earlier a Mac Air, but my Air was stolen. I found my data (Blockstack stores private data on a user selected place) on my dropbox account, Blockstack has own crypto-project already. Blockstack seems our as a very serious distributed ledger project, we would like it use for Charm also as third ledger (OByte, a QTUM - fork: Curtly - portergeiss selected it, and Blockstack. Maybe IOTA, but... but IOTA is maybe a Scam. We follow at this time IOTA also...). On every ledger we issues Charm, and Charm will be a cross ledger asset. Of course we use GUN.DB also for our projects.

Csaba and Anonymvs decided to use our Charm for "No" Republica, for our cashless society.
We reorganized our Fund also. Matyi joined as a new signer, to our Fund. We using only OByte Ledger at this time. Our Fund has a 4:2 multisig account.

The fine was earlier 1000 BTC, if somebody used silly violence against a member of our society.

In Charm we will use 5000000 Charm or 50000 KISSes or 4800 THANKs - in three plus one portion. /Matyi would like to use ternary, as always/

We will give a possibility, if somebody deciding to repent the violence, and we consider it is as a true repentance, or the victim or his representative deciding to ask us, to stop our process against the culprit.
We deciding about the deadlines in every process for the payments.

If a culprit or a collaborator of a culprit in our processes use a fine or tax or similar fee against a third party, the third party may pay this fee to our Fund. We deciding to treat the third party also a victim of a (maybe other) culprit. We will calculate with this payment as a normal (maybe partial-)payment did by the culprit, but we will support the new victim also in the same way - of course always with the full power of OUR TRUTH and of course with our any possible legal options.

We working hard to restart well the project. We had already some success. We restart the project with an ICO, as it was in the PRE-ICO document defined.

- We was able to find a way, and to show in this thread what will be the logic behind smart contracts of our cell's. We hopes, we was able to show, how will be our distributed 'central' bank to work. We are planning a Whitepaper about the whole.

- Just removed the rows, what was (for our new investors) not acceptable, because the owner was one of my close relative... and the cell value was set too high. We started this as a small private money, to teach the kids :) to establish an economy.

About two new column:

Witness: it is used if the custodian and / or owner not named... It can be a lawyer i.e. or a well identified acquaintance
Storage: if the custodian stores the valuable with a service at an other organisation, person
Pledge: it is an extra balance in the smart contract. It is a kind of extra coverage.
- if it was payed by the witness and the witness wasn't able to make the other Cell members and / or the valuable available, then it will be payed to the new owner.
- if it was payed not by the witness, then the witness will get this amount of Charm.

We marked some possible ROLE for next investors. You have a possibility to join to the first Cells at this time also. Just PM / e-mail / message / call me, if you invested in Charm an amount, and you would like to get a marked ROLE in a Cell.
For a such Cell it isn't a need to have a closed auctioning before the Cell get's a share from fee's... It will be a Cell without any delay after the start of the real-system and you may get a role also in the beta / alpha test-phases.

You should know - for the first cell's gilt a rule - we don't change after the start the custodian automatically, the custodian deciding about on such decisions, and it exists a second cell, where the custodian will be Dorky - for that Ring, forever - we hopes.
