Hello all
Bagholder of NEO since a few months, I only see red candles and sad dips for NEO

What's the point ?
I'm aware that bitcoin falls too, but NEO falls even deeper and harder.

A lot more than ethereum for exemple, who falls too, but not so hardly than NEO

What to expect ? Sell to cut losses ? Will it recover in a few days, or will it dip to 30$ ?  :o

I think it is still continuing to fall. It should be a sell-off period. Many people have sold it. Because there is no whale coming in. But I think it should rebound soon if it is lower than the front. So you don't have to worry.

Sooner or later it will go up. All the price movements now are unpredictable and you shouldn't worry too much about day trading. Sit back,relax, and hold your coins if you truly believe in the project (as you should) and everything will come back to normal sooner or later. With the high level of competition between NEO,ETH,EOS etc no one will risk falling behind and at least those 3 project should survive and thrive in the following years.

Bitcoin and NEO both are different platform. So don't be confused bitcoin is slowly raise in the market but altcoins are growing fastly. This is the actual reason to fast dump in altcoin may be NEO will growing because many altcoins are follow the NEO technology so this will going to moon. Recently sudden dump is affect the total market cap so it recover soon.

Don't believe with others just try to do through your effort. You can try to see the latest prediction that has been published in some crypto news site. But this is a loss loss solution. If you are cut loses and if the price will be back and you will be losing the train but if the market goes down more and then if you are not cut loses and then you will be also losing the train too. The question is which the decision that brings you to minimize your loses.

all the altcoins drop harder and deeper when bitcoin falls, there is no exception to that. there may be some small delays and differences but in the end they all get dumped.


you shouldn't be bag holding from the start.
learn to be fast and always moving in the altcoin market. invest in them while they are pumping and cut your involvement as soon as the pump slowed down and move to the next one to make profit there.

Altcoins usually fall harder and deeper than bitcoin, if you sell your neo at this point that will be worse for you, you should hold it.

All coins are falling. What often happens is that when they start rising again, a lot of those that fell the most also rise the most. I think NEO is still a great long-term hold.

All altcoin fall very dip when bitcoin falls and the duration of fall is not know to anyone and so,I think it is better if you continue to hold your token for as long as the market will recover and the price of all coin begin to rise because selling now may not make reasonable profit.

I bought at 700k, and 650k

There is good support around 33$ and 200 SMA also gives bullish pattern around 33$ so don't worry, in the long run, it will give you huge profit

everything is red theses days. might last a few months and could fall quite a bit deeper... if you can't wait or want to speculate: sell now and buy back lower or when it stabilizes... nobody knows the future though

For most of my crypto life I have been addicted to NEO and Mr Da HongFei is my idol. I have kept NEO for more than 8 months with strong belief. I think, there is a strong possibility that the situation will improve in the long term because there would therefore seem to be a definite need for NEO because of its advantages. As you can see, NEO network is different from Buterin and others because of a pair of NEO & GAS. The 2 main feathers of NEO are the voting rights & proof of control in the blockchain, while GAS is used to collaborate with smart contracts.

Neo is one of the coins we trust the most. I do not think about the price drop because it is one of the most beautiful investments in the long term. One day the price will definitely increase again. Just need to be patient :)

Right now everything is bearish, and I think the dump isn't done yet, so we may see even cheaper NEO. The thing is which altcoin will raise in value more and faster than others, once the market starts changing trend to bullish. I think NEO is one of those that will set a new ATH on the next pump. It is already a solid platform with great ecosystem of tokens, and more projects doing ICOs on their blockchain. Good investment for longterm for sure.

Every altcoins depends on Bitcoin. If the Bitcoin fall, altcoins fall too. That's why you need to look at the price of Bitcoin.

not just neo all altcoin also decreased this is due to its dropped bitcoin.
I think a lot of people sell it to get a cheaper price

I think the price of all cryptocurrencies will continue to decrease, some market experts said BTC should touch 4.5 k or lower....
Personally I sold all my NEOs at $ 55, I will rebuy everything at $30!! then I hope to buy NEX when it will going to be listed on some exchanges.
Currently I'm buying Priv!!! this is the only coin currently not affected by these dumps. You can buy it on Crex24.

Been holding a months too., but what i can suggest now is to buy at the lower price., never think about the falling prices, as it is normal nowadays., bitcoin is also falling and all the rest., been losing a lot of its total value, but i never think that it will continue sooner or later. There is always a time for everything., maybe next year i expect a positive views on all coins in the market., as what i have seen, there are too many speculations circulating in the internet without legal basis or if there should be, it affects on the market supply and demand, ones a news is out in the media., people will always rely on the news, making them realize if they could buy or not., or trade or not.

Not only the NEO that fell all altcoins also fell at this time reportedly there is a hack that occurred in south korea so that the price of altcoins fell about 50%.

I was not affected at all by the NEO price cut, because I did not invest in those tokens. which I fear is if the decline will be bad for the price of ethereum

I only can say that you guys, NEO holders, shouldn't be panic cause NEO is not the only cryptocurrency is dumping at the moment, whole crypto market is dumping so hard and I believe that whole market will pump in next month so keep holding is the best option right now, don't try to cut the loss :)

NEO the Chinese ETH like we call is a one great. Even if it dips to it's lowest price, I'm buying and hodling. A lot of great ICO are billed to launch NEO platform and that is what will drive it's price up

I think one of the reasons why price for NEO drop more and more is a hype about Ontology. Because I heard that these 2 projects have one founder and now he focused on Ontology, so maybe this is main project for him. The second reason - we didn't see good ICO's based on NEO . This is very expensive platform for startup and I haven't see future for this coin if there won't be more ICO's.  

All is falling right now. Just wait a little bit, long term is better here, sir.

Of course the current market is not in good shape, so a lot of one's concern about the value of NEO is declining and will still have the potential to deepen, people tend to keep their asset value and will buy back at a reasonable price, or cheap price, and for more many NEOs, strategies are so widely used by smart people so that when the bull season returns them will be a boon for them, and I think this is not a disaster but as a reward, take a positive because the Situation will be a good wait in the future.

Just hod on man. You can see that all altcoins are in red and the values are very low compared to earlier days. If you have enough money, best buy more NEO is possible as for sure the coins will yield profits down the line very soon. Do not sell unless and until you need money for any emergency. Just think twice before making up a decision to sell coins now.

I will hold if I were you, Neo price is too low to sell now. Neo is a good coin with potential to grow. Hold if you do not need to use the money now.

As Bitcoin falls, expect other cryptocurrencies to fall too. That is normal. Huge amount was pulled out from the marketcap. That's the reason why we see every cryptocurrencies to bleed. Just wait for Bitcoin to recover. And other cryptocurrencies including NEO will recover after. We're at the bearish season right now. So we can't expect all cryptocurrencies to turn into green. Don't panic. Everything will be back to normal after the major exchanges like NASDAQ and other huge exchanges are ready to accept Bitcoin. I heard that they are just clearing some things before they accept Bitcoin. Bitcoin surely recover when it's ready as huge capital will go to the marketcap which makes all cryptocurrencies to pump(including NEO)

Neo is something different than bitcoin. Many coins follow his technology so in near future we should see fast growth. In my opinion you must be patient like me with ethereum and your investment will achieve profit

altcoins pairings from major exchanges are usually BTC so when btc falls expect the altcoins to follow the dumps however there are instances that the opposite is happening to the market price due to some events, altcoins price are cheap the same thing with NEO so these days is the right time to accumulate and buy more bags of altcoins while it is cheap.

Ofcourse it will recover always remember what goes up must come down but what goes down must come up. It is just a cycle the up and down it will repeat it sell as always and if you have a plan you will not worry or if you really do your own search about cryptocurrency I guess you will be fine all the price right now are very cheap compare for the potential of them in the future.

Now all the altcoins prices are falling. So dont worry about this current market. The price fluctuations  is normally happens in the market. Neo is a very high potential and promising coin in the crypto market. It is also known as china's ethereum. Due to it is smart contract system many projects are now based on neo. So in future the price will increase, just buy the coin at low price now and hold the coin for long term.

Just hold NEO if you truly believes on their project and services. Most of the altcoins are going down drastically that s why you should not panic and hold. There are extreme competition in the altcoins which causes a deeper downfall in the market. Let just wait for the whales to come in and be ready to the bullish market.

NEO's performance is really disappointing, I think you can choose to sell it to reduce losses!

The NEO project is very promising and have shown progressive growth over these months and thats why it has gained popularity among peoples.Hodl if you have faith in this currency because sooner or later the prices ate going to rise when the Bull Run hits the market. So stay calm in this situation without getting panic and grab the opportunity of investing now in dips to enjoy profits in the long run.

I am a long term NEO holder, but I sold a lot of my profits on the big pump. It was the smart thing to do. I have been rebuying since about $80 on down and will continue to buy on the way down. I expect this to go as low as $19 if BTC goes below $4000 which I also think is possible. This is the opportunity of a lifetime

I suggest you to keep neo. Neo is good coin, it is falling just because the whole market is bleeding. Buy ETH with your fiat money. Now is right time to buy, not to sell.

Not just Neo, the whole market is falling..However, Neo lost more value than the other big altcoins..I think Neo is going to make a big rise with the rise of the market.

There is not only this coin has been dropped, but also almost all others. I see that only some coins continue to grow. But it is most likely connected with some important events in their roadmaps. There is no need to worry that NEO has become cheaper. I am fully confident that this coin still able to multiply your capital several times.

I quickly sold my NEO last month when it was 70 USD, only to see this post that NEO is fallen,and a surprise $30. Are the developers dumping their own coins or some big hand is pushing it down to this price.

I've just accepted my loses in my coins. Just continue holding and hope for the best. From what I gather the worse time to sell is when everything is read.

Perhaps it makes sense to sell something to buy at a lower price. But you have to analyze the graphics, so as not to get into an unpleasant situation when you sell, and the price will start to rise. If such games are not interesting to you or you are not sure that you can correctly play such a situation, then it's better just wait. NEO is a good coin, just going through difficult times, like all other coins now. The time will come and its price will start to grow.
Therefore, or start trading, to increase the number of your NEO, or just do not touch and wait. Just selling in the negative - this is a bad idea, so you just lose it.

Makes no sense to buy ETH just because now ETH is not such red as neo. the whole market is bleeding. If you want do that, why don’t you just turn into usdt? I suggest you buy eth or BTC with flat money. Maybe their profit will cover your loss on neo. But not turn your neo to eth or BTC. Unwise

This is probably because of the lack of updates from the NEO team. I am also invested in NEO but they pale in comparison compared to the dev activity from the ETH team. They seem to be really slow in developing updates and actually delivering on their promises.

Hopefully, they come up with something soon to retain relevance and market interest.

Neo hope so the price will increase again like what happen befote reach $100. Falling price is normal but neo I think is depends to the bitcoin price. Like today the price of the bitcoin decrease Neo is also decrease but I don't know why other reason why the neo is dump deeper. But once the price of the bitcoin increase again neo too and  you will earn more money again.

I think this situation is caused by the general downfall. NEO was just a little too influenced. I do not think you will fall because of a special situation when you are starting to make nice money for many ICO investors who use the NEO platform. You need to be patient.

for a decline in the price of a coin is usually marked by a decline in coin growth that always decreases and falls. this often happens to coins that start losing a lot of interest. for the NEO to experience a fall in prices, it would be great to continue holding it. with the growth potential of the NEO to be able to make it a fast-recovering coin from its downfall.

Neo is a potential coin. The price of all coins are decreasing now not just Neo. People should continue to hold Neo.

Overpriced, Overrated, overhyped and that's all. I will not try to think about that because it looks like NEO has been getting its down trend. Ethereum will come with so many improvements in the future. I guess neo should try to move its business plan if the team wanna see their own platform still alive in the future.

Well, Neo with the Chinese I guess the team and community knows how to play with the market, we all knew that all the coins or most of the coins are in its downtrend situation, not because of bitcoin but also with the market sway, investors and traders always wants to gain, we don't have any control from those who bought from the early stage and already cashing out their money and then wait again from the deep before buying back, we should learn from those people and start planning our next move,

I think that NEO has a good future and it is a great option for investment. As you may have noticed NEO is the first competitor of Ethereum.

We are all accustomed to the causeless and unrestrained price growth. Imho today is the time to return in the reality and to understand that it's a deep correction. And it will live only real projects. Neo is one of this  ;)

Just bought Neo @ 40 usd each so hoping to get more gas lols  ;D ;D ;D . In my opinion it is true that neo fall too much than other altcoin but I can see this coin has a potential to pump more . Let us just wait for the whales .  ;)

Neo have fall yes, but not only Neo token that have fall. However, take a great look at the market this days you will know that most coin on crypto market or exchange now fall greatly. Nobody can really tells the main reason why this happen in the cryptosystem. Just hope things will be better now.

I think this is a good opportunity for us because now the price of Neo is low, so we keep it in the next few days with high selling price, so we will get a good profit.



when the coin decreases development will be very able to lower the price of the NEO. with its declining development capable of being harmful to existing conditions on the Cryptocurrency market. so with the presence of NEO that the decline needs to be improved again existing support.

Although I believe that it's mostly due to the market conditions another reason might be due to the fact that gas demand has reduced due to introduction of another token.

NEO will go up again, all the cryptocurrencies are going down by now because of strict regulations, but NEO is wanted by traders, even by investors of ICOs, NEO based tokens are on the market too. We just have to be patient.

It's good to bear it until the market back to normal as I'm sure when the next few months the market will again look green.

Go up for what? i don't see any good news to create fomo to the neo platform. Remember the latest vote about the popularity between every smartcontract platform has been putting neo at the below eos and ethereum. This time eos has known as a failed blockchain project and ethereum shall be the number one.

30$ support line should be interesting to watch since it was previous resistance for neo and if we just run thru it without any problems i would say that neo is in trouble :(At least we can still colect gas money from holding it and buy more neo

Only my hope is one great news from the Chinese government. Price is very low now and this is very strange because neo is one from rare group of coins that have real usage in the crypto world.

NEO of course at the moment is quite a promising platform. In my opinion, it is already ahead of Ethereum in several parameters, but the Ethereum platform has already received recognition. I don't think NEO will supplant or replace Ethereum. Rather, there will be both platforms.

$NEO is starting to become a leading platform, so many great ICO's are on their way. With this price it is an outright steal, a massive bargain. If only a few of those NEO based projects are able to become really successful, it will be the start of NEO reaching ath again I am sure.

I don't see the point in selling it now. stop looking at the charts. You'd better go outside and get some air. If you have invested money then be able to wait for the price to recover. The coin is Neo good, so there is no point in throwing it and selling it lower than bought.

Don't worry. NEO is a great project. I have some and have no intention of selling. The price will rise soon enough, NEO is just a victim of the whole market drop. There is no reason to panic.

Agreed. NEO is the solid coin with good fundamental. And his price now is the good chance to join to this project. Maybe it can be not the most profitable. But it's not scam definitely. And trust is not important - it's a real project simply

Any proof that you can prove this. I was very trusting in the words of others, but when I hoped, I became even more frustrated with myself. The market is currently unstable and many investors are bored with their investment. If not increased, this market will not be able to attract new investors

This is the effect of the downfall of bitcoin and this is not only for NEO but the entire cryptocurrency. Just take advantage of those dips as you can buy many good coins at the lower price. Sooner the market will recover and make the price rise and get our profits. Hold is the best strategy and buy at lower price if you have extra funds to increase your investments.

Honestly I've been expecting a lot from this coin, its sad to see that it can't recover from a huge blow, don't get me wrong I know its a good project but I guess I need to start to cut losses now.

Until Chinese government make some issue again that will be on this forum neo will continue to fall,because this Chinese ethereum only relies on the said country's stands towards cryptocurrency .

Because China does not allow the existence of an encrypted currency market, most investors in NEO are from China.
So I'm not optimistic about NEO. NEO's wallet is not convenient to use.

all altcoins are still down cut loses is only way to not losing money, but if you believe the future of NEO then just hold NEO, I expect the market will recover maybe in December.

Do not worry, look at the market and you will understand that not only NEO fell in price. I would consider this situation as a season of discounts if I were you.

Seems like people are ignoring all the positive things that are actually being done on NEO's blockchain. Trinity Network is one of those, even if you take a look at CMC today you would see positive news towards price action ;)

Not only Neo all altcoins prices are now down only. Bitcoin price can affect altcoin price also. Similarly neo is one of the high potential and promising coins in the coinmarketcap. So now the neo coin value is under value, now buy the coin and hold it for future. Surely the value will increase at that time you can sell and earn more profits.

A lot of people usually do not tend to look at the cheap part which means not every one tend to invest in a project based on its future projection in the impact it would make, and all they just care about is the present. NEO is a promising project and for those who see the best even in what some people assume to be a disadvantage, they are usually the ones who make the best decisions eventually and tend to gain the most. The whole market has been down and I see this period as the time to be loading up and refueling for the long term.

I am very bullish on the NEO and yes if we comapare both NEO & ETH, NEzO tends to get down rapidly as compare to ethereum. In % the ATH value of the Neo was around 200$ in bear market it showed the deep around 90% while Ethereum showed deep of 82% only. In fact whole altcoins are struglling but i feel evrything will be right till the end of the year. NEO have very active community surrounded by number of quality projects & their developers are also very active which makes NEO a better investment in long-term.

If you've held NEO for months so I think you should keep holding NEO because NEO is not the only victim of downward trend :). You need to believe in a good cryptocurrency like NEO and keep holding to wait for bullrun market will come very soon in this year :). If you can't hold anymore so you'll be a loser.

Neo is so cheap right now, it is almost criminal not to accumulate now.
