When and where will the winners be declared? Where will the demo event be conducted for online/offline Hackathon?

The winners will be declared at the main event on 4th August.
The demo for online Hackathon will be through a video uploaded by the participants. The details of the same will be communicated at suitable time.
The demo for the offline Hackathon will be at the venue on August 4th to a panel of Jury.

This is really awesome, I wish I will be able to attend this congress. A lot will be learned from it and one will be in the gathering of like kinds.

The International Blockchain Congress?? Sounds fancy as heck!!
Please, tell me this – will there be a way to live-stream the whole thing? Maybe a few keynote presentations at the very least? I'm afraid there won't be enough media coverage for this one!
