I've lowered auto AND manual payouts to 0.01 MAX now, did not think that people will wildly withdraw even the smallest amounts.

So both fees, manual AND auto are at 0.01 MAX now.

I'm sorry, the pool is/was already at 0 % fee, 0.01 MAX auto and now also manual payout, there is not more I can do and I really not "made" any MAX due to this, there is a plus of about 7 MAX in the wallet, I can share that between all the payouts/users if that makes you happy..

I'll let the pool run a day or two longer without any fees due to this to compensate.

I lost 2 MAX, mpr20rt lost 1 MAX, many others also missing coins due to 0.5 MAX withdrawal fee. I'm sure you made more than 7 MAX.

Nope, absolutely not. The error on manual payments was only active for a few hours, most people used auto payouts with higher limits ( > 10MAX) so it happened to just very few.

The pool started just today, not everything was/could be tested throughly, it's not always running as expected. It could have been worse and we could have got hacked or so and all the coins got lost. Next time stop/disable payouts and wait until the issue is resolved, I'm not known for scamming people/setting up scam pools, look at my rep.

Well, you choose the pool you're mining at, I can only tell you what happened, and that it is fixed. There was never a pool fee, there was an error with the manual withdrawal fee, I fixed it, you could have just paused payout until it is fixed, or write a support mail, use the contact form or somehting like that.. There is not much more I can do from myself :)

I can say sorry again, like I said before, it's no commercial product, it's a free[/b| pool,  there's nothing more I can do.. Or do you have an idea ?

Well it said on the site that fee is 0.01, which was fine by me, so I left my miner running and came back and saw others warning about 0.5 MAX fee.

But how about a simple solution: you pay back what you owe and be done with it.. or are you going to steal my coins? I mean you have the coins in your wallet, so its easy to send my coins back to me.

Or are you going to scam our coins? You already lied about getting only 7 MAX, so looks like this is the case.

This is so obvious: 4x auto-payouts, 4x0.5 MAX=2 MAX missing and at that time there was also 0.9 MAX on my pool account, which adds up to 5.8

So where did my 2 MAX go? Probably TXFee changed after you fixed it.

I'm currently looking into this, but history is history, nothing changes there.

Fee is now at 0.001, if it would change, you'd see 0.001 there instead of 0.01

I'm mining at this pool and everything seems fine so far...

Hope it stays stable, that's very important with my buggy miner that crashes, by getting garbage from one other pool I have in load balance.

If something was lost in the first hours of mining, I couldn't care less, that's past and is part of the experiment. I rather have your stable pool than lots of stop/start cycles on the PSUs and videocards.  :)

Nothing is "lost", either there's something wrong with the pool or pool owner is stealing coins. You dont want to figure out things like this?

I'm still looking into this, unfortunately I cannot see where the 2 MAX went to at the moment.. from the transaction history everything looks good, I'll be further investigating this and let you know what I found out

IMO its obvious that its connected to 0.5 payout-fee. I have 5xwithdrawals and I'm missing 2.01 MAX. 4 auto-payouts and 1 manual withdrawal when fee was fixed = 2.01 MAX total.

Neither. He probably set the TxFee (the fee paid to the coin network) too high by mistake, which hopefully was corrected.

That said, feel free to investigate and move on with the discussion. When I say "I couldn't care less", is if it's a genuine mistake, I'm not worried

I've opened a ticket with the pool frontend software for this, what I could think of is a payout which was not recorded in the database as the database was overloaded some times while the pool has been DDoSed.. This explains why your account at the pool is empty even though it's not correctly reflected @ the transaction summary.

I'll double check that and let you know..

What comes out and the end is that, it was no really issue with the TX fee, almost no one has used manual payouts, that also explains the 7 MAX left in the wallet (which are probably from donations) it seems to be an issue with the pool frontend software mpos in its latest version... Maybe its an incompatability with MaxCoin as the code is originally written for other coins..

Nevertheless, I let you know what I found out, be sure that your coins are not lost

It's same for me. I have 28 payouts and 28*0.5=14 Max missing.

I finally had some time to look into the issue.

In short: Its a display error, as I though due to the DDoS and Backend going crazy.

You have been paid in full already, these are the transactions directly from the payout logs to your address:

While those payments where processing, the caching process went crazy and probably skipped some shares, therefore the payment LOOKED lower than it actually was. In the end, the "real" payout process recalculated the shares and sent you FULL payments as you can see from the screenshot.

Please check with your daemon/wallet, you'll see those transactions there.

I also found ab "bug" that your "Credit" in the Transaction Summary also contains your unconfirmed coins, that might look strange at first sight but will explain itself once you deduct Credit and Debit_Ap + Unconfirmed coins.

An other user also reported me this optical issue after they looked into their wallet and saw that full payout was there, I'll check this with the frontend developers, at the end its important whats in your wallet, and thats the full sum you've mined for.

TX fee is now 0.001 for both auto and manual, before only the manual payout fee was bugged, there was no problem with the auto payouts, check your wallets.

Automatic payments are done every minute so there is basically no real need for manual withdrawals.

Did you "withdrew" directly into a mcx address ? Maybe that was the problem ? I've heard from problems before when withdrawing into a exchange address directly. Its much better to have a unique address for every pool/purpose so you know exactly what went where.

i've done several tests now with my (windows) wallet address, with a linux wallet address.. I've set up a few test accounts and switched my miners there to let it mine > 1 MAX and let it auto-payout .. everything works 100% as expected.

Yeah maybe mcxNOW hacked block explorer. I mean how else does it show wrong amounts? If transaction ID shows your pool paid out 0.5X MAX youre still going to say it paid actually more than that?

OK, I bet you made nice amount of money out of those MAX's. Dont need my coins back anymore since price has gone to trash now anyways. I'll be sure to warn people about your pools in the future.

I'll donate you self mined 2 MAX if that helps you a bit, but there's really nothing more I can do, from the logs everything looks perfect, as you see. I did not had similar requests, so I guess it was a single issue.

Yes, please, I already tried to find some people with similar problems but could not find any, I'm currently watching the logs of (all) transactions and see absolutely no problem at all when I compare frontend and backend.

Sure, but these guys are writing about auto-payout which was supposed to be 0.01 MAX but instead it was 0.5 MAX. So its the same problem I have, they're missing coins. Or well, not missing since theyve been stolen.

I dont care about my 2 MAX anymore, since price is what it is, but some people have lost a lot more than I have and everyone should be refunded.

Credit-debit = missing MAX. After that you can verify with transaction id that payouts are indeed not what they should be. If minimum auto-payout is 1 MAX, how can I get 0.5X MAX? Situation is same for me. I'm still missing those 14 MAX coins because of 0.5 max payment fee.

Again.. According to the logs, the payouts were fullfilled as expected, yesterday there was a wrong manual payout fee for a short time, yes, i fixed that, I feel sorry for it, the pool code was from doge, there comes that high fee.

I have no overbalance in the wallet, so at first sight, everything looks good, a closer look at the logs also reveals no problems as the coins went out as expected. Why not register a NEW account, crike2 for example, and mine there for an hour and see if the "problem" happens again. I tried this and could not reproduce it with several testaccounts.

I mined some MAX myself, I can send you 2 if that helps, as stated before.

And how about my 14 MAX? It's 0.02BTC = 10.45 EUR lose for me.

Well I guess it would have been easy to "fix" things already.. having "this problem" for a few hours, people losing total 100-200 MAX that was worth ~1 BTC at that time and just hope that nobody notices/gives a shit about 0.5 MAX.
