its not that simple. a smart trader does not try move the market. you dont buy in a down trend, you buy when it turns. I know thats not easy but its what you gotta do.

So basically if you buy low then you'll no longer have resources left to buy from him when the price is high.

You fucking momentum traders are the ones creating all the volatility that makes us a joke to the rest of the capital markets. You are parasites and I fart in your general direction. You better pray we run out of fiat before you hit your short-covering targets or it's gonna sting, Boys.

Agreed,  but alt coins are destroying Bitcoin. People are acquiring Bitcoin through creating alt coin clones which are of course converted to fiat. Maxcoin, Vertcoin and so on have insane market cap, people are using alt coins to get rich overnight.  :-X

Bullshit. Altcoins have some tweaks, but nothing even close to enough of an advantage to overcome Bitcoin's network effects. Half of the improvements can be encoded into the bitcoin network and most of the other improvements aren't really improvements at all. Infinity dogecoins? Good luck with that. Market sentiment cannot overcome the laws of economics. Supply and demand. Marginal utility. comparative advantage. The Invisible Hand gives everyone the finger if you don't respect it.

If confirmed, todays chart will see an epic red horsedick today.

Gox stabbed Bitcoin in the back with their release and announced a potentially indefinite halt on BTC withdrawals. Stamp is adapting and overcoming and I hope they can release an update quickly that puts Gox out of their misery...

You get your fiat from bitstamp in 2 days. No worries there, but if they start halting fiat withdraws then you know something's up.

If an exchange is performing regular, valid audits and is operating in the black, then it most certainly has the money to cover withdrawals.

It's remarkable how little is publicly known about these exchanges .. Damn near anything could be going on.  As long as the withdrawals keep working, nobody bats an eye.
