This project is very impressive, I think that it will be successful and promising, especially since there is already a working version of the Exchange.

 When will the Bitshares Exchange be launched? ???

It is currently under development. Our focus right now is making the server as lightweight and robust as possible. The goal is to future proof our build because BTS nodes requires such an incredible amount of resources. Also, we want to a be as decentralized as possible so we're looking into which coins we can implement into the gateway portion while staying true to that ethos. Right now Ethereum smart contract wallets seem to fill that niche best. Which would serve as a bridge for Ethereum and ERC into the Bitshares network.

So by the end of the year we will have the Bitshares exchange launched.

If listing here is so easy and as painless as possible, then, there will be many crap projects that are going to be listed here. Even potential scam coins, which are pump and dump ones will be here. How are you going to tackle that problem?

We have a set of criteria that we use before listing but everyone has to be careful before putting their money into anything. We see ICOs and Token sales as a great form of crowdfunding. In the crowdfunding environment there are always bad characters, even on more regulated sites like GoFundMe.  It's the nature of money and humans. My advice is to educate yourself and create your own set of criteria before investing.

Hopefully your efforts and hard work will be paid off, a good mindset, hopefully you will succeed in overcoming all kinds of problems in the future and make this project stand tall.
