It was requested to lower them for BTC and LTC and we did so. All other than BTC/LTC are still at 0.1%. And you have cool charts, unlike some crappy exchanges :D Also, the site is fast. Might as well use it instead of other exchanges if there will be coins that i'm interested to trade ;)

Might as well use it instead of other exchanges if there will be coins that i'm interested to trade ;) Thank you very much! It would be good to know what coins you had in mind. Could you be so kind and address the coins you would like either in the announcement thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=443205.0 or using the vote function of our website https://www.swisscex.com/support. Title: Re: ### www.swisscex.com - Constructive feedback & improvement suggestions ### Post by: Swisscex on February 12, 2014, 10:34:04 PM We are currently in the process of purchasing another server for our website!
This is to ensure the transaction speed of the deposits and withdrawals in the future. Title: Re: ### www.swisscex.com - Constructive feedback & improvement suggestions ### Post by: Mordillo on February 12, 2014, 11:12:41 PM Your site still doesn't show any legal information (imprint). That will for sure keep people with bigger amounts away. Nobody will transfer 20-30 btc without knowing who are the people behind that site and where the company is exactly located (full address).
Give me one good reason why this hasn't been done right from the beginning. Cheers Title: Re: ### www.swisscex.com - Constructive feedback & improvement suggestions ### Post by: Swisscex on February 13, 2014, 07:28:23 AM Your site still doesn't show any legal information (imprint). Give me one good reason why this hasn't been done right from the beginning. Cheers By the end of today we should know how to proceeed in this regard. The reason why did not do it earlier is because we want to choose a proper form of organization and we are going to have a meeting with a lawyer about this topic today. Probably you are not aware about the Swiss law but for example a GmbH (similar as an Ltd.) costs CHF 20'000 to set up ($22'000), therefore we carefully evaluate our options. At least an "about us" will follow very shortly. Murphy's Law, I suppose?? Title: Re: ### www.swisscex.com - Constructive feedback & improvement suggestions ### Post by: Swisscex on February 13, 2014, 07:44:04 AM As soon as I send my first BTC deposit to swisscex, I start getting "504 Gateway Time-out" and the data on the market page won't load. Murphy's Law, I suppose?? We improved the security of our registration procedure. Meaning that users have to confirm the sign up by e-mail from now on. The login issue might be related to this change. I will pass this request to the developer to fix it. Please do not worry about your coins - they are save. Thank you for your understanding edit: fixed Title: Re: ### www.swisscex.com - Constructive feedback & improvement suggestions ### Post by: DonovanD on February 17, 2014, 02:02:39 AM Will you be making the buy/sell columns scrollable? Right now you can only see the top 10 orders for each. Would also be good to see any open (with options to cancel) or past orders you have placed listed on each respective currency pair page, like what cryptsy and coins-e have. That way you don't have to jump back to the "Open Orders" and "Transactions" pages (which I think you should keep) to remind yourself of your activities. The charts look great, thanks for those.

Thanks for your feedback. We were thinking of changing the amount of open orders from 10 to 20, from a technical perspective this is not a problem. We might also add an extra table where you can see a history of your completed trades within the trade window. Thank you! SwissCEX Announcement thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=443205.0 Please, if you add 2 factor authentication add a option to choose authy instead of email Can you please be more specific? Not quite sure if I understand it correctly. We already use 2FA for logins, which is already very secure. Title: Re: ### www.swisscex.com - Constructive feedback & improvement suggestions ### Post by: Swisscex on March 08, 2014, 02:06:29 PM We are in the progress of reducing the withdrawal fees for each coin.
Most of the coins are going to have static withdrawal fees going forward. E.g Dogecoin = 1 DOGE withdrawal fee Title: Re: ### www.swisscex.com - Constructive feedback & improvement suggestions ### Post by: Swisscex on March 08, 2014, 10:31:12 PM Within "Open Orders" you can now see how much of your initial order was effectively bought/sold.
This is shown in % under "progress" Title: Re: ### [EXCHANGE] www.swisscex.com - Constructive improvement suggestions ### Post by: Swisscex on March 12, 2014, 06:27:28 AM We updated the standard market charts and added a new type "Depth chart". You can easily switch them within each market

Why price is in right column now? Although in sellers list price on left like on all others exchnages..? A bit uncomfortably, at least i didn't understand at once why price is so strange. There is a simple reason for that. With the new view you can easily compare the buy/sell prices. We appreciate your oppinion, in order to make all users happy we are going to revert this change, but still allow to switch the column order. Like that every user can choose the view he likes. On my view looks bad... Bold price hurts eyes, "(1)" - is senseless and interfere. And people are trading on many exchanges and get used to seach price on left, week pasted and i still all time have to concentrate to understand where is damn price.
