Bitcointalk can have provided a platform for such trades.But the marketplace of India is messed up.Full of spam and ICO promotions. I reported as many posts as I could.But it's going to be very difficult to clean that section without a designated mod.The spam is too much. If he's having a hard time finding someone, our Indian community can short-list and suggest 5 candidates which will be further evaluated by theymos to choose the right one.
