There should be a criteria on how each person on the list rates every ICO not just numbers and percentages. These scores shouldn't be taken seriously because other ICOs could be better than the higher rated ones. Also the spreadsheet that you found is outdated if you go to their twitter they have a new spreadsheet with more advisors and frequently updated scores.

Now back to the main topic you found an ICO here is my thoughts you should know that ICO now a days are scam some are legit and scam but if your gots tell you its good by studying go ahead make a gamble see what may the possible outcome in the end. behinds those good results there may still be an false transaction and scam who knows!?, or if you see that all ICO and made research about it and its good go do your research asking is still good but making research is better for you to know. Lastly your information might be helpful but at least put some note where you got that link it is helpful.   

PS. Please if you want merits read more topics that got to received an merits look at its content and topic you will identify on how to get merits.

Comprehensive documentation of such ICO projects is shared heavily on the internet and within the cryptocurrency investment community. I think it is advisable to just study each project carefully if you intend to invest because you can not fully trust the evaluations of the creators.

To choose promising and good ICO you need to make research work on it. Analyze whitepaper, roadmap, team, idea and investors. Only after that, you need to ask yourself, do you believe in a project or not. Thank you for the information, I will analyze your choices for myself.

yes you're right buddy, how can we immediately believe in spreadsheets that aren't necessarily clear, even the same class of BENCH ICOs can still give high ratings to ICO scams

Something no one has mentioned so far, but which is very important: it has hard to find any unbiased content in the world today about crypto and ICOs. 

The difference between crypto and the classic "finance world" of stocks, bonds, and derivatives is that those other spaces are highly regulated.  People cannot post positive comments about a stock without some scrutiny in most countries.  Crypto is mostly unregulated in this respect, so you have a tremendous amount of shilling.  This is what tarnishes the space :(

I do not know if 80% of icos are scams but I really think that the number is very close to that, and when we take into account that the market is simply not giving profits investing in an ico right now is just asking for trouble, right now is the time to invest in good and solid coins that can make you profit in the future, I have my favorites but if you like other coins that's fine as long as those coins have been in the market for a long time and are not scams.

You don't know where to invest then just ignore that idea and move towards the bounty participation it will be much helpful than you are investing it into good projects.
You please follow the good campaign manager and invest your hard work to make money. No need to waste your fund on searching and making your hard earned fund at here.
