There should be a criteria on how each person on the list rates every ICO not just numbers and percentages. These scores shouldn't be taken seriously because other ICOs could be better than the higher rated ones. Also the spreadsheet that you found is outdated if you go to their twitter they have a new spreadsheet with more advisors and frequently updated scores.

Fisrt whats with the Smerit that is in the parentheses? do you want one? by doing that you wont help yourself you just need to post and make it unique that will help to you and the industry cryptocurrency which to spread good information.

Now back to the main topic you found an ICO here is my thoughts you should know that ICO now a days are scam some are legit and scam but if your gots tell you its good by studying go ahead make a gamble see what may the possible outcome in the end. behinds those good results there may still be an false transaction and scam who knows!?, or if you see that all ICO and made research about it and its good go do your research asking is still good but making research is better for you to know. Lastly your information might be helpful but at least put some note where you got that link it is helpful.

It is hard to trust such information after such a cluster of skam in the information market.

Comprehensive documentation of such ICO projects is shared heavily on the internet and within the cryptocurrency investment community. I think it is advisable to just study each project carefully if you intend to invest because you can not fully trust the evaluations of the creators.

I do not know if 80% of icos are scams but I really think that the number is very close to that, and when we take into account that the market is simply not giving profits investing in an ico right now is just asking for trouble, right now is the time to invest in good and solid coins that can make you profit in the future, I have my favorites but if you like other coins that's fine as long as those coins have been in the market for a long time and are not scams.

You don't know where to invest then just ignore that idea and move towards the bounty participation it will be much helpful than you are investing it into good projects.
