To be quite honest, unless you stated on your site specifically that you could only payout 2BTC/day, it's quite unfair to CocaColaMan to not pay him out his full winnings especially since you were allowing 5BTC bets.

I don't think he handled it the best way, but really it's on you to pay him out correctly and on time.  

However since he reached out to you and made an agreement, and you've honoured that deal, I don't see what else you can do but come forth and be open with exactly what was said and done.

In my personal opinion, now that a deal has been met, you have no further obligation to pay him but with both stories unfolding and most of the damage already done, what you do next will truly tell existing and future customers of the site a better story of why or why not they should continue to play there.

You should set your max win per bet according to your bankroll, such as 0.5% or 1% of your total bankroll. If you can't pay the loss, you shouldn't allow players to make such a bet in the first place.

40 BTC were paid to 1PleaseJ (DanilaKor/Cocacolaman) in regards to the mutual agreement. Then this guy who use accounts - 1PleaseJ and Ytisuronod, continued to play and increased own earnings which were paid too. Nice win were taken home.

We faced blackmailing, threats and now DanilaKor who is another account of Cocacolaman is questioning our reputation… I’m sure that this guy is crazy. And now owners make very small limits. It`s not so fun but not bad too. We need more time but it`s ok. Cocacolaman soon come back from his work session (he can`t  use normal internet there, it`s very far from big cities), and we will play together. upd. How can good businessman don`t understand that it`s more profitable to make good PR for his site from this history than banned our accounts. I can`t understand. As you announced before the minimum bet to be qualified is 0.001btc(100.000satoshi) or more, equivalent to Doge & LTC as well.
So it means he should bet around 2650doge to be quaified to win the 100millionth bet bonus.

Yeah, they charge you 10k satoshi as a withdrawal fee, then don't actually add it to the transaction. It's the second time out of two withdrawals that this has occurred, so I must assume it's the norm. Ridiculous tbh.

So it is not good for players who are in a hurry to get their btc, but IMO since they charge a fee on withdrawal so they should not send the withdrawal without fee. If they don't want to keep the 10k satoshi fee, so its better to increase the withdrawal fee to 20k satoshi (10k satoshi for them and 10k satoshi for the transaction fee)

Or just leave it as 10k satoshi and use the 10k satoshi as the transaction fee like every other dicing site out there.

Are you 100% sure? Because I heard there is some way to backlog IP addresses, or something in that nature. I forgot what it was called, but I know as a fact that I myself did NOT make those bets. I highly doubt that this user is as experienced as it gets, so if you could please look into this situation further.
The nearly $3k meant a ton to me, and honestly, there must have been something that didn't trace back to myself. Please, look into it further, if there is any type of thing that even dared to look as if someone else touched my account that may be it. I've heard about the situation when kid played with his fathers account :) Different things happen. Say if you don't use vpn, your local internet provider has access to your info. If one day you've sent your account details via email, they could be caught by some hackers. Many unconventional things could happen.

The behavioral pattern which we saw observing transactions in your account doesn't show any signs of fraud activity. Example: "Frauder" canceled withdrawal requests and proceed gambling under the moment he reached 0 balance.

I have seen many threads over the last year made by newbies saying they were somehow scammed, hacked or cracked and most insane amounts of money when in actuality they either never had it or lost it themselves and tried to get a refund. Based on your FAQ page, withdrawal less than 5BTC will be right away (1sec-few hours) or in other words "automatic withdraw". But in this case, his withdrawal seems took  around a day to be paid.
You need to process it as what written in your FAQ page IMHO, but if you process all withdrawals manually so you need to re-write/edit your FAQ page.

The main question is how could his withdrawal amount is changed from 25+btc to 4+btc, where is the 20+btc gone since he only made 2btc deposit once.

3) Then he decided to cancel the withdrawal. At that point "Withdrawals" field should be showing 0.
4) Then he played and decided to withdraw 4 BTC, which he did. It made 4 BTC to be displayed in "Withdrawals".

Withdrawals (in a profile) = Pending withdrawals amount + Withdrawn amount.

If it's not annoying to carry them all the time, the lock could freeze at a winter time, etc. But they do their job great; that's why we all use them.

Is faucet still alive? i am having problem to make claim there it showing different time on every claim and it is not functional on my side, just to want to test this site with faucet amount so you should fix that faucet issue.

I like gambling here. I like the faucet it is much better then none gambling faucets. Much less annoying and faster to fill and more fun. Normally I make a small deposit here and there but i like using the faucet just for fun. You should add a way to level the faucet.
