I dont think so, because he made deposit about 54000 satoshi with bet amount 10000 each. Means that he should be able to make 5 bets, if he got it in a row (on the first 4 bets or last 4 bets) so he is still have some balance left. In fact he lost all his balance..
So it should not be in a row IMO

If you think like that, so you will always say that a casino is not fair when you lose and will say a casino is fair when you win.
IMHO fairness is not depend on how many times you won or lose.
