For me it's not legit since it is an ad and many people try to use ad for scamming. Better invest in a way that you will learn and gain some knowledge. I don't know about today, since on they're not on badbitcoin list (https://badbitcoin.org/thebadlist/index.htm) (i found only btcclickz which maybe fake site).
