Navigate to your %appdata%/Dougcoin directory and backup your wallet.dat file (copy it to your desktop). After backing up your wallet delete the 3 folders inside the Dougcoin directory (blocks, chainstate, database). Run the wallet and re-download the block chain. Let me know how it goes. **Edit** I guess backing up the wallet doesn't matter in this situation but it doesn't hurt. Post them for me. setting? are there flags you can use on minerd to improve hash rates? i just put the address port U and P. i get about 300khash on a I7 laptop I would guess you should be getting more out of an I7, though mining with a laptop isn't a great idea. im only using 4 of the 8 threads. i get too hot and it doesnt improve hash rates to use 7 (saving one so the computer can function). im using sse4 minerd. i dont know if its the right one whats the link? Nope, i dont have outgoing transactions, the last transaction is from 2/22 ... that's impossible because i'm mining 24hs . Also i was checking my mined coins in the pool statics, the last time that i saw i was mined like 315k in total, after a refresh i got an error message in the page , then when i look again i just see that i have only 100k . Looks very fishy to me :-X Which pool are you using? Ok I know why, the pool was running an older version of the wallet and for the last ~24 hours it wasn't paying out correctly. I fixed that this morning and everything should be working fine again. If you are a p2pool operator and you receive p2pool payments from the fee then it messes with the amount that you can send out. Each version of the wallet will have an 'expiry time', i.e. no of blocks after which it'll stop syncing (for e.g after 6 months or a year etc...). This'll force the user to regularly update the wallet in case of security issues and will make hard forks very easy to implement in a very large scale without causing users confusion. new feature = popularity = success. Even the smallest feature is a plus in this age of 700+ alts. And you better do it quick before the block rewards reduces too much.
